Eben Bolter BSC (@ebenbolter) reported@TalkTalk And you need a far better customer service system, where cases can be managed and solved with care. If i get disconnected it takes approx 30 min for next agent to get up to speed again. It’s an appalling waste of time and so easy for them to skirt responsibility.
