    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk internet going down when everyone's working from home and needs internet? 2-3 days without broadband and waiting for an engineer to come and sort a problem isn't viable with so much relying on having an internet connection.
