    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk Looks like issue is outside our house (possible exchange box) and talk talk booked in ticket with Openreach, that may take days. We do work from home so no internet will cause problem.

    Latest of the ongoing ( and soon to be ended) saga with @TalkTalk Had a call from them today enquiring why I was leaving. Very polite young man. Told him why and could he help me get my refund. Said he would pass me to Customer Service.

    @TalkTalk what am absolutely dreadful "service" you have provided there. Far from happy. I will be in touch about cancelling my service. 1 & a half hours on the phone last week to get an engineer sent around to repair a non existent fault. No talk and no listen either. Shambles

    @TalkTalk your bereavement team are an utter disgrace. Nearly 2 months after my Dad’s death they are still giving my sister the run around as she tries to sort the account for mum. Getting it all wrong. No empathy. Horrid.

    @TalkTalk Apparently the problem may be with exchange box. They booked ticket with Openreach, a bit of problem when this can take few days and we work from home.
