Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

An update from discussions with @TalkTalk they think to solve the problem we should find the tenant that is moving into our old house that doesn't exist yet, and ask them to take over the contract and who's to say they haven't already got a contract they are being forced to renew

The worst service again from @TalkTalk moving broadband to new house. Multiple calls & hung up on FOUR times by your staff. Have given over 2 weeks notice of move but told connection can't be done until 17 June! Awful, awful service. Prob move to Virgin unless someone sorts this.

@Sunny97033375 @TalkTalk Any updates on this issue? I was told entire Ilford is having this issue, yet i see no mention of this anywhere on TalkTalk Service status nor on OpenReach. Do we even know if anyone is working on this or will an engineer has to be booked for each and every house in Ilford?

When you are once again on hold to talk to someone from @TalkTalk about your fibre but this time not to see about them fixing it. But to cancel!! I’ve had the line installed for a week and a half and I’ve only used it for around 30 mins then it stopped working. 😡

@TalkTalk Woke up at 4am wanted to get some work done…. But I have no internet connection. My phone line also making a funny sound. I live in E12 please can someone get the connection up and running?? Otherwise it creates a lot of problems for me :(
