Charles Brittain (@CharlesB2T) reported from Crowborough, England@TalkTalk due to a misunderstanding in setting up our broadband we have already waited 6 weeks for an engineer and now we are expected to wait another 4 weeks for an engineer. We are considering another provider who might be more willing to provide a more prompt service.
