@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Well I've been having problems with the TalkTalk for the last 3 days the internet's going off at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. in the morning and then it works fine so when I ring them they say there's nothing wrong they say they're open 8 till 8 and at 7 I ring them at 7.20 closed

@TalkTalk I’ve logged in to my account and cancelled this. However I don’t want charge for this this month. I only use broadband and now have an extra £14 coming out my account on 12/2 for a service that is paid in advance until 3/3
