    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Annoyed/Disappointed. Moved week ago told internet up and running by 14th. As a key worker teacher working from home (literally teaching online) a week off was bad but OK. Now been told 22nd! No reason, told tough, dont moan - I NEED TO TEACH MY STUDENTS
