@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk Yes was getting somewhere but the connection was bad and she will ring right back but she didn't so that was the was of the day and today is another waste being on the phone still with no Internet or appointment. Only what we got is a loop cycle. So very frustrating.

@TalkTalk now been told I need to order a new broadband package as TalkTalk have cancelled my previous package, spent another hour on the phone to add to the 40 hrs already spent trying to resolve this only to receive an email saying a problem has been found!!

...because I am leaving as you couldn't provide a service that I needed, you fail to provide a customer support again. I called @TalkTalk 10 times, and I was promised my services will be terminated by end of month WITH NO TERMINATION FEE, and now that month is over...

@TalkTalk wow absolutely appalling customer care from Talktalk. No broadband since 29th September. There is an open case now, booked to have telephone call with case manager Peter for 11th October between 8-10, rescheduled my morning only to receive no follow up from him!
