    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to resolve connection issues and spoken to 9 different people. Please can you get someone to call me either resolving my issue or cancelling my contract.

    @latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Sky’s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. That’s who I’ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

    The issue is affecting a number of TD residents and impacts those who don’t have mobiles. Still no service for those in the High st. Let’s hope it is sorted soon. @TDResidents @TalkTalk

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk I will DM you AGAIN but you have to understand that I have DM’d you every bloody time this happens and I am quite frankly tired of DMing you, because you say the same thing every time and it never helps. Third world countries have more reliable wifi than talktalk. Do better.

    @TalkTalk We have been reporting NO wifi connection for months now, every time we call they say the same things. Same troubleshoots and no outcomes. Let alone videos, but we cant even open a whastapp message! worst customer service too. No option to leave (penalised for leaving)

    @TalkTalk just spend 50 minutes trying to change my deceased mother in law account details over to my father in law, worst reception on the line, going round the houses to make simple request!! Probably the worst service I have ever experienced! Disgraceful for communication co!
