    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk Shocking service first called that I want to upgrade .Than I had to call remind them about to send me a new rauter when router arrived open reach engineer checked the line they forgot to switch me from 150mbps to 500mbps and I mam still waiting

    @TalkTalk Hello, I have got this email As a loyal TalkTalk customer your upgrade is available at no extra cost. You won’t pay any more than you do today, and you’ll get our Fibre 150 service which has average download speeds of 145Mb/s. How do i go about activating it
