    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @TalkTalk I'm not an account holder so nobody will speak to me... even though a stranger managed to cancel his internet! Isn't that some sort of fraud? My dad has been trying to get this resolved all day only to be told there's nothing you can do! Pretty poor.

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to the loyalty team yesterday and then phoned again to the technical team and get the same excuse each time that its down to the amount of people using the Internet. I am supposed money to be getting guaranteed speed of 29.8. At the moment it's 8.6

    @TalkTalk I have just wasted 3 hours of my evening on live chat to 3 of your agents to try and solve my issue of poor signal. Eventually told that my box is faulty and needs replacing but i have to pay for the privilege by upping my bills. Constantly going round in circles 🤬

    Trying to renew with @TalkTalk They want me to sign before my current deal expires, but say I will get a "credit reversal". But can't tell me how much the refund will be because it's "system generated". I thought humans decided these things? Ridiculous level of service.
