    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk my connection hasn't even started and I've had to raise a complaint. On hold for ages, when i get through your CS team member decides to hang up on me while i am talking. Not a great start is it. Web chat pointless as it's for copper line customers.

    @virginmedia My original bill was something like £37, then it rocketed hugely and I had to do the usual negotiations which went down to around £50 mark. Now £84.50! Surely, that is obviously unreasonable. @TalkTalk £35, 500mbs 18 months. I have contacted @FreedomFibre

    @TalkTalk I’m still waiting to be contacted by manager since 12/11! as promised after two hours of live chats;never happened! Sent DM on 17/11, received a reply on 21/11 with invitation to fill the form, the system doesn’t recognise the login…worst service!
