@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

Spent an hour on the phone with @TalkTalk in some sort of circular hell loop where everyone's following a super helpful phone script that doesn't actually help at all. So still trying to resolve a query that took just 5 minutes last time. What. Is. Going. On?
