    @TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

    @TalkTalk your service is absolutely awful ! I have been repeating myself for 3 days on the phone, & text because you cut off my internet! I’ve paid for my internet service- it was working fine. I don’t need an engineer. Switch it back on! @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk The hub is plugged directly into the socket using the cable that was supplied with the hub. The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

    @TalkTalk just reading your twitter. Seems I'm not the only one having issues. Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

    @TalkTalk I spoke with customer service for 45 mins to answer a single question. They were barely legible. You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

    @TalkTalk thanks for not letting me extend my wi fi for another month . Had to have my 14 year old dog put down unexpectedly this morning so had to cancel the bt fibre hook up . Only reason changing is you don’t offer in my area . Thanks again .

    @TalkTalk, Spent an hour speaking to technical support trying to explain our Wi-Fi drops out several times a day. Unwilling to listen to actual issue instead reading from script. Working from home and losing income. Told line and router is fine, THIS IS NOT FINE.

    @TalkTalk are the worst for customer service. First India then South Africa which has resulted in someone disabling my eero router that no one is able to fix.

    Imagine TalkTalk support instructions to plug both out for 20 minutes to reset modem and router and it’s guaranteed it will be working. A hour on and i’m still stuck at square one. @clotheshorse90 @newleasemusic

    Hi @TalkTalk are you aware that people cold calling in BR5 today saying they are from #MoneyExpert because of problems in the area with broadband and when pressed seem to be trying to sell Talk Talk packages. They were unprofessional and on first visit there were 3 of them!

    @TalkTalk would be really grateful for your help! My parent’s landline stopped working. They first contacted TT a month ago about it. It’s still not resolved after repeated contact over last 4 weeks. They’re elderly and this is really upsetting them. Please help!

    @Earl_67 @TalkTalk If you work from home and want to get fired just sign up with talk talk they under deliver with their alleged broadband and hang up the phone on you exactly at 6pm home time… so if you want to get fired join up with these muppets !!!
