@TalkTalk just reading your twitter. Seems I'm not the only one having issues. Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

@TalkTalk The hub is plugged directly into the socket using the cable that was supplied with the hub. The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

@TalkTalk I spoke with customer service for 45 mins to answer a single question. They were barely legible. You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

@TalkTalk your service is absolutely awful ! I have been repeating myself for 3 days on the phone, & text because you cut off my internet! I’ve paid for my internet service- it was working fine. I don’t need an engineer. Switch it back on! @BBCWatchdog

@TalkTalk not a chance I’ll be renewing my contract with TalkTalk this year, just been on chat for 2 hours to be told my router isn’t working and disconnected. Appalling customer service, issues all over with loss of service and still you’re saying there are no issues.

@WeAreOpenreach @angel_trueman We've been reporting issues in the PE38 area for days. I reported yesterday when it was patchy. Today there has been no internet at all. This is obviously a widespread outage yet TalkTalk doesn't put out an update or statement on it.

@TalkTalk Just wasted 90 minutes on your web chat trying to get a billing issue sorted - with the conversation being disconnected three times just as I was promised an answer. Can you do better than your chatbot colleagues?
