@TalkTalk your service is absolutely awful ! I have been repeating myself for 3 days on the phone, & text because you cut off my internet! I’ve paid for my internet service- it was working fine. I don’t need an engineer. Switch it back on! @BBCWatchdog

@TalkTalk I spoke with customer service for 45 mins to answer a single question. They were barely legible. You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

@MartinSLewis We’re with @TalkTalk ... we cannot use our tv box even though I’ve called up and complained so many times, our WiFi is horrendous. The speed is terrible and slow. They don’t do fibre round my area! £40 per month. Absolutely disgusting 😫

@TalkTalk tell lies. Avoid at all costs. I moved home to an address they couldn't provide a service to. After hours and hours on the phone it was agreed I could get out if my contract because of this. I'm still getting charged because they lie through their teeth

@TalkTalk I've been holding on your online chat since 8.17. It's now 8.55 and I'm still waiting to be connected! My internet has cut out 4 times in as many hours - router had to be restarted. You have tested the line and all is fine. Does my router need replacing? Pls help!

People on @talktalk - does anybody else have multiple device issues? When there are half a dozen people watching TV in the same room and a couple are on their iPads the TV buffers and all devices slow down. On Faster Fibre. Speed check is fine. What’s going on? 🤔
