Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@TalkTalk I spoke with customer service for 45 mins to answer a single question. They were barely legible. You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!
-

Emma Deighan (@EmmaDeig) reported from Dunmurry, Northern Ireland@TalkTalk Iโve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. Iโve a new hub on the way, which I know I donโt need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline
-
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel โ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc
-
Stuart Neilly ๐ฌ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐น๐ญ (@trublustuuk) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@TalkTalk The hub is plugged directly into the socket using the cable that was supplied with the hub. The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.
-

Switch it back on! @BBCWatchdog
-
Emma B Eleets (@EmmaSteeleDJ) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Just had a manager from Talk Talk hang up the phone on me, because I failed the security questions. -
Kim Kelly (@KimKellyKK) reported from Castlereagh, Northern IrelandPositive tweet alert! In a world where I moan about everything, credit where credit is due. @TalkTalk just changed over my broadband to my new house for free, with no hassle and without me having to speak to anyone! Great customer service. Would recommend!
-
Stuart Neilly ๐ฌ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐น๐ญ (@trublustuuk) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland@TalkTalk just reading your twitter. Seems I'm not the only one having issues. Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.
-
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern IrelandI'm reading online that #talktalk are refusing to pay a 16 million pound bill as they haven't received the internet ๐ถ service that they both demand and require. How incredibly ironic #methinks
-
David Phelan (@DavidPMet) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland.@virginmedia please can you stop calling me every day? Long term customer offered ยฃ45 per month renewal, got double the speed for half the price with @TalkTalk ๐๐ผ Since then, repeated calls offering ยฃ20 per month package, should have rewarded loyalty to begin with! @Ofcom
-
Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Mr_B33pB33p #talktalk no better, up and down like a *****'s drawers
-
Ryan Batchelor (@GlentoranNUFC) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland@Ruthieeee123 Aye I find it decent tbh but just depends what youโre looking for. Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as Iโve a Firestick & Iโve yet to have a problem. Good luck ๐๐ป
-
Paul McCrory (@PMcCrory23) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland@jazlosaz @SamFras09714950 @TalkTalk After posting my issue on their community forums and filling in a form on the service section on TTโs site, theyโre sending us an engineer on Tuesday. Worth getting on their forum if you havenโt, as itโs the only place where someone got back to us.

CharleyBacon (@CharleyBacon11) reported@DorsetHarry @TalkTalk Was your service ever restored ?
-
allie โฅ๏ธ (@alliewillie38) reported@TalkTalk can you kindly let me know when your engineer is coming. No Internet since Friday lunch, purposely delaying sending an engineer whilst us being on your accessibility scheme?? Appalling customer service. The messages from your operatives have been incredibly rude.
-
Smile-World (@RedaFibo) reported@TalkTalk The internet is totally down now! I just DM you!
-
Joe (@JWT4179) reported@TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.
-
Sporting Nest ๐ฌ๐ง๐ฎ๐ธ๐บ๐พ๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ โ๐งโโฌโ (@SportingNest) reported@TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.
-
Sarah โ (@Syrupie) reported@jamie_wallis Think it was you saying you had broadband issues. Are you on talktalk by any chance?
-
ShyM (@shyla_parisxo) reported@TalkTalk It's working now Thanks.. Also, i think your website is playing up I tried to sign in and the connection thing and live chat is not working
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Phil (@mummbler67) reported@TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.
