Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
