The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

Worth getting on their forum if you haven’t, as it’s the only place where someone got back to us.

You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
