You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
