You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

Worth getting on their forum if you haven’t, as it’s the only place where someone got back to us.

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.
