Their customer service just keeps on getting better! I advise anyone wanting to get broadband to go with anyone but Talk Talk

The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

You can't help me with costings and I can't cancel without penalties. So unless you've a magic wand -I very much doubt it!!

Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
