@TalkTalk your service is absolutely awful ! I have been repeating myself for 3 days on the phone, & text because you cut off my internet! I’ve paid for my internet service- it was working fine. I don’t need an engineer. Switch it back on! @BBCWatchdog

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp today. Waited 5 hours for an engineer to visit that was never going to happen. Only found out when I phoned @TalkTalk Looks like both companies don’t speak to each other regarding important info.

@alan_knapper @TalkTalk Same issue had no internet for 2 days been dropping 3/4 times a day for 2 months the advise I get from them turn router off and back on I will not be renewing on 13th feb and not paying my bill this month that’s for damn sure
