@TalkTalk the order I was told it was cancelled, but no email notification came. When I called customer care about the next steps, I was still waiting for someone to speak, and they just made me wait over half an hour without any results. (2/2) @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk I don’t think they do matter tbh. I’m on hold right now. While trying to get my compensation for the 5 times an engineer did not turn up I have just been asked why I missed an engineer visit?! WTF! I was there. I didn’t miss anything! Absolute joke of a company.

@TalkTalk Appalling service. You came and "updated" some leads last week. Existing WiFi hub wouldn't work with it. So they left us a replacement. This week it's stopped working amd now we are told a "compatible" one will be sent in a few days. So you've just disrupted /

Reminder that you should NEVER sign up with @TalkTalk. By far the worst company, customer service, and overall service we have received. You have caused severe stress to my 70 year old grandmother due to your abhorrent management AND you still charge her
