    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @TalkTalk No, I wanted clarification beforehand to avoid any unexpected issues related to: A) hidden costs B) impact on TV boosts (ie would they continue / cease / see price changes) The initial answer and attitude made me question extending my remaining contractual term.

    @TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

    @PennyKiley @TalkTalk I've been unable to fulfill my work commitments all day. @TalkTalk services went on the blink around 1.30 AM and are not back yet. This is the second time in one week that connectivity would stop completely. Its such terrible service. What is going on????

    I have to help a neighbour who is confused about their new TV, it’s a new TV that’s connected to Talk Talk and they’re saying they can’t get normal ‘terrestrial’ TV. That can’t be the case can’t it? Any help appreciated. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk when are you going to fix my broadband in OX3? Nothing since 12.30 on 6 December, you've failed to resolve the issue in 2-3 working days, on the whole your customer service team in S. Africa is useless. I'm a teacher, I work from home. GET THIS FIXED, NO EXCUSES

    @TalkTalk well slow Internet speed well below contract. According to the regulator and a tweet from TT the countdown to free termination started two days ago. No action so far but I bet they will try to take me round in circles again....sorry please DM us, what a joke
