    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @claremgoody @TalkTalk Support system hardly respond to complaints like these because they have less staffs due to the pandemic so save yourself the stress and find a way to contact @special_help1 he would help you retrieve your account and teach you how to secure your accounting

    @sebluddyshame @TalkTalk I totally agree; me too. This is an advertising problem. People are induced to join on the promise of a fixed price but this turns out to have no meaning at all. And then you try leaving!

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to add my girlfriend to my TalkTalk account - I've just been told I have to print out a form myself and then post it to you. This is such ****** customer service. Why can't I do this over the phone, online or at least have something posted to me?
