    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @ZakFarren its not just virgin. all providers were down in my area including sky and talktalk and bt too according to down detector, think there was an internet problem throughout a large part of greater manchester.

    @TalkTalk our internet has been going off intermittently today. Lucky if it's stayed on for longer than 10 minutes at a time. Do you know of any reason for problems in the Merseyside area?
