@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk still waiting for a call back from TalkTalk . . . Told by Raymond on Friday, that a call would come on Monday. It’s now Tuesday evening. Absolutely shocking service tbh.

@TalkTalk the plan says you get one with it. I just want to know if its possible to add more to my network. they are currently on offer on amazon and id like to if I can add my own and mesh it with the one provided by talktalk

@thisisAlanTurk £28 for 150mb with talktalk and never had an issue. (Aside from the delivery of the router which was with yodel)

@TalkTalk go live date yesterday and still no internet. Contacted customer services and had the most rude people answer the phones, i almost cancelled there and then. Stay clear of talk talk!

@TalkTalk I called already 3 times, waiting for hours and transferred to order managemnt team where nobody answered and got disconnected at the end!!! Horrible Customer service!!!! Is anyone able to help or just seding useless link or phone numbers?

@OpenreachHelp Hi, TalkTalk have been promising an Openreach engineer to reconnect our internet since last Thursday and say delays are down to you. We’re having considerable disruption to our work. Is there any indication when this will be fixed?
