    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk worse customer service ever been on hold an hour - online chat is horrendous- had no internet /phone for 48 hours with no help on the matter ! I will leave and go to EE

    Just spend ONE HOUR trying to cancel my TalkTalk account @TalkTalk I'm out of contract, why is this so ridiculous? and I STILL have to call back once the cancellation is processed to receive the money I will have overpaid.

    @TalkTalk awful service, abandoned without any broadband for the day. Customer service was also sub par and no actual progress was made in a 4 hour long conversation with multiple colleagues. Virgin media's deals are looking much more promising.
