@TalkTalk Hi, yes I’ve called that number 4 times already in the last hour and no-one appears to be able to help?!? The last person I spoke to said TalkTalk no longer offer “multi room” which I don’t believe.... what department should I ask for?

Whereas today a @TalkTalk staff who has obviously been trained correctly found out that the problem was actually on their end within 2 mins. If I was elderly or lacked mental capacity this would be so much stress

@TalkTalk trying to become a new broadband customer of yours was quite difficult just now as when you need to choose engineer date then confirm it, it then stops and doesn't go further. I tried 3 times and nothing. So... I had to look elsewhere and opted with @skytv @TalkTalk 😔
