@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

On Monday at 10:30am I was told @OpenreachHelp would fix external cables and I'll have WiFi with @TalkTalk within 48 hours. Let's see if they keep their promise, as I've now had no WiFi for a whole week...
