@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk Full fibre broadband down in NG8. All four lights green on the fibre box, solid amber on the router. Restarted both a couple of times, done a line check. Working from home today; sort it out quickly please

@Nigelp89668893 I absolutely hate dealing with the Bombay Warrior’s when I was with Talktalk had one that didn’t understand what a bungalow was. Vodafone one asked me to take battery out of an iPhone to cure connection problems 😡😡
