@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk no internet connection for an hour, keeps happening a few times every week. The hub dashboard says its connected even though it's not. Followed all troubleshooting guidelines, still nothing. Telephone complaint did nothing as well. Fix up.
