@TalkTalk what a load of shite. Router issues & takes 2 weeks to identify the issue then a further 2 weeks for a router to be ordered. Customer service absolute joke as well. Near enough impossible to speak with anyone to resolve the issue.

@TalkTalk We have spoke to someone this morning. This is not acceptable. Essentially 2 weeks of being fobbed off with turn your router on & off The lack of willingness to resolve the issue shows how little you value customers We have been impacted financially and my son educationally.
