@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

It seems that automated @TalkTalk update system is having a wobbly. I keep getting text msgs saying “we will update you on xx xxx xxxx” and they never do. At worst, it’s been 6 days later than promised. #PoorCR

@TalkTalk Land line has been faulty from 28th of October until now . Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have asked your manager to get in touch and this was ignored several times . Your customer services have not a got clue at all.

@TalkTalk Just tried DM route as they suggested but they refused to even telephone me directing me to Customer Services who never ever call back or resolve anything. It’s like being in a parallel universe!!!
