@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

@bt_uk I've been having issues with my internet for a while now. The amount of times I text "ADVISOR" and don't get a response is ridiculous. Perhaps I should have stayed with @TalkTalk ... Perhaps it will be worth switching back to them...
