@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@CruisingTheCut Ah, well you see there's the problem... reliable you say, not a silly price... and with good service... Good Luck! The likes of Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk, EE/BT, Zen - all rely on OpenReach to install and resolve customer issues. Virginmedia use their own fibre and cable.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Would you care to get your staff members to speak properly down the phone when regarding an issue with you diabolical wifi. To then be told there is a problem with the call TWICE and then hung up on the third time. Awful service.
