    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    @TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

    @TalkTalk I don't see what the problem is, other than you shouldn't be in business. You've told us that we can move provider because of your price increase, then tried charging exit fees. What other information do you need? #Ofcom @Ofcom #MSE #MoneySavingExpert
