@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

@BTSopenreach please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?

@OpenreachHelp Hi there do you lot have different types of telecom engineers. Talktalk sent an openreach engineer to solve a connection issue but the person said “sorry I can’t help because I am a copper engineer I don’t do fibre”. (1/2)
