We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
