My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

I have asked to cancel my service
