You intend to increase my package to £25.50 and yet as a new customer I could sign up for £24 today. Do you think that is fair? How does inflation justify that?

Every time we call because it wasn’t fixed properly last week we have to go through nearly an hour or checking her devices etc which we know work fine. Just send somebody!!!
