@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

We have terrible customer service with utility companies in the UK. The latest issue is with @TalkTalk. They cancelled my home move order due to a technical error on their part. When they realised this, I was passed between five agents like a ping pong ball, only to be told that I (!) have to place a new order!
