    @TalkTalk worse customer service ever been on hold an hour - online chat is horrendous- had no internet /phone for 48 hours with no help on the matter ! I will leave and go to EE

    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    @Run_Bettor @TalkTalk I've been getting the same issues i was getting 20mins-3 hour outages randomly, couple of times a week. I've been getting similar running up of drops for 20-50mins occasionally then the past two months .

    Anyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!

    Beware TalkTalk. What a diabolical experience I've just had with TalkTalk. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me ยฃ75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

    @TalkTalk again.. your broadband is going up and down every minute since early this morning! How people are supposed to work?? This is getting ridiculous as itโ€™s not the first time! Time to change the ISP provider!

    I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
