@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

I get the impact it has on people like you, but I see the hundreds of thousands of £s walking out of accounts every month, as a result of these tools and their lack of controls. Nothing is perfect, but given their data loss issues, TT feel it hardest

@grantsmith2020 Get Talktalk to send you a deadlock letter, file a complaint with CISAS, provide a copy of your “One Click Renewal” email. This states it’s a fixed price with Guaranteed no price change. This is the agreement, because way it renewed. I doing this.
