We were told it would be much faster, its worse than its ever been. @TalkTalk

Now theyβve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay Β£36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.
