My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

"We have received reports from @TalkTalk (TTB) that they are currently experiencing an outage affecting both broadband and leased line circuits in the North East England / Yorkshire reason. We have been informed TTB are working on this issue as we speak."

@TalkTalk I put it to you guys I dont want to renew. Why haven’t I been sent a letter in regards to posting back your **** but you send me a bill to say I must pay this. I ain’t paying ****. I told you in November I don’t want to renew, my contract was up the 4th dec.
