@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk I have been waiting in for an engineer today and they failed to show up or contact me. According to customer service the engineer said we weren't in and they tried to contact me, all of which is a lie. Who do I contact to make a complaint?

Thank god I have unlimited data on my phone that I can tether my laptop to, to finish a meeting, as @TalkTalk has gone down AGAIN! 100% won’t be renewing the contract with them again 🤬
