My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

@CalCarrie @TalkTalk Wow - how on earth can they get away with this. For some people their landline is there lifeline. I had a lot issues with them.

@TalkTalk we've been without Internet for over a week, had 2 engineers come out and our issue is still unresolved. We were supposed to hear from Openreach yesterday and nothing. Refuse to wait over an hour to get through on live chat or call

@TalkTalk is the worst company I have had to deal with. Trying to sort out a problem being passed to 8 different people on online chat then been given a phone number only to be confronted to another incompetent person. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

@TalkTalk never ever try to get your 95 year old dad's landline fixed, took 2 hours of being redirected to 5 different Indians I gave up. Was told my dads name, address, bill amount, phone no, account no, didn't match their records even sent a screenshot of the bill
