@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM and they have told me they can't help me as it is future fibre. Gave me a phone number so I can go on hold for an hour. I am thinking that future fibre means sometime in the future you will get Internet.

@TalkTalk every few days my tv remote just stops working. No explanation whatsoever I’ve reset it more times than I care to remember, it doesn’t help I just have to wait until it decides to start working. How can I get a replacement? I’m definitely not paying for one.

Can't believe it's 2022 and I spent over an hour waiting for an answer from TALKTALK Only for them to have no answer at all for their actions. Never missed a payment in 6yrs and cut off for no reason. I have emails assuring me my account was fine.Shamefull.

@TalkTalk Genuinely have the WORST customer service of any company I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Please avoid them, don't be fooled by their "bargain" offers. It will cost you more in the long run when you loose your sanity over their absymal customer service.

@TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this

Me n mum have WiFi problems no internet coming through for 2 or 3 days but lights are all green on the router all that time and we have to use all our mobile data got no WiFi in the house we are in Edinburgh EH11 I am on my mobile data just now @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp
