    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    @TalkTalk the most appalling customer service ever experienced. Long standing customer switched to new internet. Not sent router equipment for week so no internet, despite asking several times. Customer service hung up. Absolutely disgusted & will be cancelling contract

    Anyone had trouble with talktalk mullty room . You can’t get through on the phone. Because of carona . You start an on line chat . And after 5 attempts and almost 6 hrs of my life I want get back . I get an engineer visit, for £50 bloody best my arss .

    @TalkTalk Hi I soke with a rep today wjo has given me the number fir bt open reach to chase the compo for damage however the number is not correct can you please find out who called my from your system an ask him to call me back please to resolve this.

    @TalkTalk Phoned again today and tried to organise an engineer to come out, they said they’d email me a confirmation and haven’t, this was after spending 45 minutes on the phone to the useless customer service agents. My phone line has been down for days, how much business am I losing?

    @TalkTalk I have just been advised that after an hour on the phone ‘no-one in Customer services can help you’. Appalling response. My 3rd attempt to get email confirmation of my contract that was promised in December. Apparently, this is impossible! What kind of business is this?

    @TalkTalk you have sent me a message 8 days running with a date time you would be calling me to discuss my complaint, as of yet you haven't called once on the said date or time, what are you playing at, I've been a customer for over twenty years and feeling very disappointed.
