@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk Had a tech problem with TV box. Rang helpline, spoke to a very helpful member of staff, TV box now working 👍 He rang again today practically begging me to give him a good review in the customer service feedback email. What kind of pressure are you putting your staff under?
