@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk I’d like to cancel my contract, after waiting 45 mins on the phone and speaking to a few advisors...... I was then told your systems are down and I would need to call back! I asked if you could call me back and told you couldn’t! Can anyone help?!

@TalkTalk internet has kicked out 14 times in the last 45 minutes 😡 been going on for weeks with no fix from u ! working from home trying to get things done as on leave from 2moro and this level service is diabolical !! Anyone considering these as an option - AVOID !!

@TalkTalk Not so happy for me,waking up with perfect and in working order internet just to switch off my stuff in my bedroom,move my TV into the front room (I have 1 TV),boot up my pc and Xbox just to sit down and have my entire electrics switch off and switch back on which somehow...

@TalkTalk My emailed complaints of 3 weeks ago still only got auto-responses, and as yet no reply to the lettet I sent last Saturday! I was asked to complete a survey yesterday to rate how helpful my call was.... That was tricky cos guess what? I never received or missed a call... 2/2
