    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    @ianinsurbiton @claudelittner @TalkTalk Maybe Claude could help them with a ‘trouble shooting plan’ to resolve technical issues within a certain time scale that is much faster and productive. Although they have moved very quickly to deal with Claude’s issue. 👌

    @TalkTalk How can you help me? I can see sience yestarday almost 3000 reports been send from London that the internet is not working... Just fix it! I will contact support directly from your website to discount my invoice. HORRIBLE Internet provider

    Seriously unimpressed with @TalkTalk and their SG4K100130 router. My sister in law was tearing her hair out dealing with tech support. I had to go into advanced settings and turn off VLAN tagging to get it to work. Regular users should not have to do this.
