@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk Still no Internet since early hours of this morning,but at least I managed to talk to an agent online who after all the checks admitted it's a problem your end with the actual network,would it of really been that hard to just admit that yourselves on here this morning?
