    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    @TalkTalk @stillillok You are lucky my router has been flashing for 2 days straight and I won’t get an engineer until the 29th I have been having this same issue for 2 and a half years in that period I probably had over 20 engineers visited 3 new routers.

    @TalkTalk No no no no no no no no Not True Of course there is direct telephone contact number for CEO they all have PA;s etc and all CEOs are capable of speaking no doubt You do not want to supply it. Talk t is full of . . Empty of Service even a reasonable one Facts All

    Hi TalkTalk I ordered your Fibre 65 in December. I still have not got the product, no router and no 65mb line speed still stuck with the old service. Called tech support, chat and made complaint. How do we resolve this?
