    A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

    A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

    So overall.. I'm pretty glad @TalkTalk didn't want my custom as with service like that, I don't want them either.

    @TalkTalk my 82 year old aunties phone line is not working which means the assistance alarms in her home aren’t working should she have an accident. The last time this happened it took you five weeks to fix. Can someone help asap please!

    @markgoldbridge your internet dropping have you tried TalkTalk why I say this never touch wood has mine dropped except once in a huge thunderstorm just a thought

    @TalkTalk Is there a reason your internet is so slow in MK right now? It’s been working fine for months but now I can barely load web pages nevermind videos or even games. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting methods with the router but nothing has worked.

    Just gave 30 days notice to @virginmedia, I’ve been a customer for 10 years+ but increased costs with newborn has made my mind up. Looking for broadband only deal, typically would sign up to Virgin M200 Fibre for £28 but only new customers get that! Any suggestions? BT/TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre We were assured TalkTalk would contact Cityfibre & send an engineer out on Friday or Sat but we havent even heard from either of these people! Disgusting. Will be telling her to cancel her direct debit soon. Bunch of con artists
