    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    A little story about @TalkTalk Friday 1st March - set up broadband and phone online Tuesday 5th March - spend 2 hours on the phone/text messaging service/live chat trying to add TV services - TBC

    So overall.. I'm pretty glad @TalkTalk didn't want my custom as with service like that, I don't want them either.

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    @TalkTalk still not got confirmation email despite changing contract. Cannot get through on the chat lines either. Disappointing service!

    A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

    @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
