Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
