@virginmedia Thanks KF-better this morning.Sadly we moved from a 100% fault free Talktalk to a regular issue Virgin.Sometimes the service is down and often much slower than Talktalk.Not sure what to do other than go back to TT?

@TalkTalk What's happening in the Inverness area? Red light on eero for 2+ hours! The web fault tracker says I have a fault but isn't updating! The customer helpline is closed!
