    Any criminal charges made against me will be solely paid by @RoyalMail as @RoyalMailHelp ruses to help anymore as RM are liable to pick stuff up on time but RM has refused to so @TalkTalk talk to RM NOW

    @TalkTalk A 84 year old woman with dementia vulnerable and partially sighted. Left stranded by talk talk without a phoneline. Unable 2 recieve or make telephone calls. Talk talk her provider have booked an engineer 2nd July. Is this how u treat our vulnerable elderly?

    @TalkTalk Your router hasn’t even been picked up by @RoyalMail due to their laziness and lies about nobody being in @RoyalMailHelp refuse to help , TalkTalk can you please charge Royal Mail the lateness fees of your routers

    Imagine a company being so bad that 5 days after a complaint was raised about broadband going down, where a 90yr old woman lives and needs it to function for various care services, has still not been resolved and case closed down? WELCOME to the clowns @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup
