@TalkTalk disgusting service, completely cutting off telephone and internet for my recently widowed neighbour because you didn’t have “time” to process her forms changing the account name!

@billykayscot I use TalkTalk and have done for over a decade. When I feel they are getting expensive I threaten to leave and they always reduce their price. No significant issues on service. There have been odd outages but it's always been caused by Openreach.

@TalkTalk just had fast fibre installed, was working fine but now there is telephones call and can't call or receive calls, we tried all the connections they are fine landline isn't working any help?

@jesseb4me TalkTalk were charging me £25pcm, then that went up to £27 with inflation. It came to my turn to switch & they immediately cut my bill to £20 and threw in a £75 Tesco voucher. No complaints on the service from them but they will try and flog you an upgrade every couple of months!

@TalkTalk 01245 474627 is my foster mums no. you have installed call safe on the line. we have on many time tried to ask you to turn it of. can you pls call her asap to get it turned off, customer is Berol Coleman. This is NOT a good service, slow broadband and bad customer service.

@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Nothing is as good as Virgin. All the others use BT cables which we all know is crap unless you live within 10ft from an exchange
