    Please don't ever go with @TalkTalk as an Internet provider. They lie, they con, use stall tactics. Say account details are wrong utter #rubbish. Had poor Internet since October all we want is a returns box and the compensation he's owed. Anyone else had this problem? #talktalk

    @Thickfurred @TalkTalk Three days and they still can’t sort it out. I work full time and this is now impacting my ability to do my job. Seriously think they are manned by AI who haven’t been programmed properly. And they don’t open until 9am!! What is this kind of service is this?!?

    @TalkTalk Sure. After 2 hours waiting, chatting to 7 different departments it looks like I will be able to cancel my order and remain with my current provider. Good luck getting new clients in this challenging time for businesses.

    @TalkTalk Have had no luck with any agents fixing my problem of my new router flashing amber. I was sent a new router hoping this would rectify problem and it still hasn’t! Haven’t had Wi-Fi for over a week and still not getting ANYWHERE with online chat!!

    @TalkTalk I need help! I was meant to go live yesterday, I have the white light but keels saying error I don't have permission when I sign in, spoke to customer service about 7 times this morning and not one of them could understand me or vise versa!!! Now left with no Internet!
