@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I've already put a written complaint in as advised by ofcom. I waited 10 days for an engineer who turned up at 12pm after a 7am -9am appt and he didn't carry a spare router! Talk talk said all engineers carry spare routers. Our internet has been intermittent for 10 days.

@TalkTalk I am trying to cancel an appointment for my elderly mother and cannot speak with anyone on the phone or chat bot. There appears to be no way to leave a message. Do not want to be charged for a visit that is no longer required. What can we do?

@dancludlow It will be interesting to see what comes first, the fix for the existing broadband line or the new fibre cable, then I have to have a discussion with TalkTalk about some compensation for both time wasted and cost of mobile data used
