    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk talk talk. people rung up to make sure service was cancelled they never did bills sent money took out of accounts no pre contractual information .u have over a year to cancel due to that

    @TalkTalk Hello, I asked to have broadband installed in my home in October, it never arrived. Your chatbox told me they had no evidence off this. I did not reapply. Today I have tried to get in touch as I have been informed by TalkTalk they have set up a direct debit! Help

    @GeoffKennedy Amusingly, if you have an ongoing issue with TalkTalk, they try to pacify you by telling you you've been escalated to the 'CEO office'. (what they don't tell you is 'CEO' just stands for something like 'customer experience operations').

    @TalkTalk More than 27 hours and engineers are still working on the issue? Are they building a rock for NASA? Please send real engineers as this is affecting my life and work at home.
