    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk I was supposed to have my service set up yesterday. I even received an email telling me that my service was "up and running". Instead, there is no service and the amber light's been flashing since the router was connected. I'll be leaving TalkTalk. Disappointing.

    @TalkTalk Hi there, just an absolute mess to be honest. My order placed 3 weeks ago never processed and I was never told, then I spent 2.5 hours being sent between various departments. Finally got it sorted, but having to wait another 3 weeks for installation. Not a great first impression!

    Anyone who has TalkTalk WiFi and knows how to get their phones and kindles to connect to it? Feel embarrassed to ask but their support has been completely crap after 2 hour phone call and online support. It works fine on the laptops and gaming systems, but just not our phones...
