    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've noticed in the last few days that our internet speed is about 10Mbps slower than it should be. Rebooted my router serveral times, and your service checker says no issues. Now seeing that the recommended speed for my area is 20.7 - 23 when we used to get (1/?)

    @TalkTalk Hi. Experiencing some broadband problems: losing connection to Sky Q repeatedly. I'm having to reset the connection over and over again. Error is showing as a network (TT) issue.

    @TalkTalk love how your line test tells me there's an issue with connection between your network and my house but the open reach engineer possible charges are so ambiguous could charge me for anything.

    @TalkTalk is it common practice to fix a malfunctioning TalkTalk box by downgrading the new box without telling the customer and the customer still pays the same bill?? #veryunhappycustomer
