    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk why is it that I've had nothing but trouble with your broadband for months. I was told a new router would sort it! Still is 💩. Try to log on to my account and even that's having technical difficulties. should have swapped supplier!!!!

    @SarahHemm @TalkTalk I had an awful experience with my mum and @virginmedia - we tried to get them to do a simple task and they failed repeatedly. So she lost her phone number of 40 years in a flash. Hugely upset. I’m so sorry you’ve all been through this. Can you reroute calls to a mobile?

    @ofcom encourages telecom companies to work with carers and relatives to help with bills and contracts, and says providers should wherever possible avoid disconnection, using range of communication channels. @TalkTalk did none of these things

    @TalkTalk we sent ******* letters back saying the previous tenant has passed and your still sending **** and waking my baby up, i swear to ******* god, i wont be responsible for what happens if you wake her up again
