@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. Been on hold for 2 days, trying to speak to someone about a faulty router. Been passed from pillar to post. No internet for 2 days. Nobody in your team seems to know anything about fibre optic! Joke.

@TalkTalk Never installed my internet (late engineer, switch never made), ignoring my complaints and continuing to bill, threatening to take me to court. Made my account public just let people know to avoid you. Harassing scam artists.
