turpis_animus (@turpis_animus) reported@TalkTalk my patience has gone now. Our Wi-Fi is STILL off. An engineer replaced the outside line last week and on Wednesday an engineer replaced the inside phone line socket. It’s still not working.

No Broadband for 12 days. 2 visits from talktalk engineers and 1 from openreach all agree that you have switched my fibre service in error. 9 hours on calls to every dept who keep passing me around as no one wants to help. What now!!
