15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

Yesterday I asked about people's Landline use. Today, I have had three calls from criminal organisations, which is about par for this course. It never occurs to me to use it for outgoing calls. Ever. We shan't be accepting a phone plan next time @TalkTalk

@Ofcom @TalkTalk It's a never-ending story, had another engineer visit inside property today to tell me there's a problem with the line this is the 5th one this year, had an external engineer visit last week that supposedly fixed problem but didn't, another external engineer coming within 72hrs.

@TalkTalk @neviestickss @talktalk so far with this you are not looking too good in the customer service stakes. Find a way of getting this resolved and getting this 83 year old person, who doesn't know anything about the internet, their money back. Be a bit more empathetic you're in the wrong.
