    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    68. Sent tweet no.67 at 14:20GMT. TalkTalk customer service responded quite quickly in the Tweet thread - 14:25GMT. Sent them a DM straight away - 14:26GMT......no response >2.5hrs later...🙄

    @Plusnet got to be honest, was wondering if maybe I should cancel the install with @TalkTalk and stay with Plusnet, but your customer service line unable to connect and being ignored here just confirms my decision

    @TalkTalk I only want full fibre shame the failed install on 27th October has not progressed. I just want a resolution I thought you provided broadband?

    @TalkTalk - my favourite excuse for my internet not working was that my microwave could be the issue. Or my neighbours Wi-Fi. Didn’t realise I’d have to create a schedule with my neighbours to take turns to use the internet.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is awful and they have no idea how to deal with the issue. I contacted Talk Talk six times in the last two weeks and I still waiting to book an appointment with an engineer. No internet connection and no TV. Everyone just stay away from Talk Talk !
