@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk It’s not even that it’s slow. I could cope with slow. I have had 5 days in which the whole afternoon or whole day I have had no WiFi - working from home without WiFi is impossible and this is unacceptable now

@AdrianaCiontea I moved into a house in Falmouth last year that had TalkTalk. It was terrible, cut out frequently, especially in the evening and at weekends. We ended up switching to BT in Dec. No problems since.

@Schmoozer74 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp They all oversell - This is something to consider, If you go for another BT reseller like TalkTalk then you will see a max of 60MB & Thats if you dont see the same issues TT are. My advice, BT Fiber or Virgin Fiber at least this way you will see good speeds.

So @TalkTalk are adamant they can’t cancel the £50 charge or collect their box not sure any court in this land would agree with them but quite prepared to argue the case when this pandemic is over

@TalkTalk Hi guys, over the past week or so our broadband has become incredibly slow and unreliable. I ran your online diagnostic test and it's says there is a fault on the line which requires an Openreach engineer. Please can you assist?

@Schmoozer74 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp Unfortunately that maybe true :( TalkTalk offers ADSL broadband using the Openreach telephone network. This means they are BT Bound & the only thing I can see is they oversold the area & the overhead on BW is over there contract with BT & then throttle you for this.
