    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk Apalling customer service from Talk Talk. 10 to 12 weeks ago they removed my 81 yr old mum's copper wire (homephone) so she can no longer make or receive phone calls. They fitted Fast fibre without telling her that she would lose her landline. Dangerous @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Ok. Fault reported Tuesday night- no broadband or home phone since then. Self employed & can’t work. No response from the call centre & no follow up through other means. Terrible service

    @TalkTalk Sat had 8......YES 8 mbs. No service at all on Sun and Wed. Mon was brill with around 140mbs. Tues was low 30's. Today started very poor but picked up last 2 hours. WHAT IS GOING ON??????????

    @TalkTalk hi, just tried to speak to one of your Bereavement Team about a letter re my late Husband's account, only for the call handler to ask me to put him on the phone or if he was with me. Appalling service from someone in a specialist BEREAVEMENT team. Try. Harder.

    @TalkTalk I accepted the kind offer of fibre installed in my home Tue morning and have had no Internet since then. 🙃 Fibre team thought perhaps a new hub was the solution but still not arrived.

    @TalkTalk I have just asked to speak to a manager a total of 29 times. The service agent Summer has denied my request at every turn. She states that I do not need to speak to one and my problem ‘will be fixed when it’s fixed.’
