    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk trying to get order update please. Customer support phone line for days has said "we're running with reduced staff today, consider going online" and eventually rings through to ... nothing. There's no online facility unless you're existing customer?

    The engineer that @TalkTalk sent wasn't able to fix my internet :( There is no reason it shouldn't be working. New router on its way rn and if it doesn't fix it I have no clue what to do anymore

    @TalkTalk Yesterday my home phone went dead and the internet is down (amber flashing light on router). I've reported it, but I'm not sure it's been taken on board that my phone isn't working. Fault timeline says 'Internet connection looks good' - ha! Fault ref. REP-11764060.
