@TalkTalk @Sarah31415 Be careful Sarah. I have many friends who have left TalkTalk and switched to other providers. TalkTalk are still invoicing them for a service they stopped providing over a year ago. If you have this problem DM me and I’ll get out the legal stuff you need to deal with these sharks

@TalkTalk poor show! No internet, no one on chat, trying to reset a password even though my attempt at log in was right. So frustrated. Service just gets worse and no one responding! Resorting to twitter!

@flowergirl_lon @TalkTalk According to them o have to pay £40 call out fee for an enginnwr, I’ve asked for a manager to call, for an email and absolutely nothing! Appalling customer service so far

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.
@TalkTalk my internet hasn't worked for 3 days and no body at customer services has helped
@TalkTalk Are there issues with set boxes at the moment. Mines been terrible for about a week. Freezing several times a day especially when watching a recording, not recording. Reset it tonight and it's still "starting up" 20 mins later.
Being an adult sucks, trying to set up broadband is a nightmare and @TalkTalk randomly cancelling the order is not helping in the slightest
@TalkTalk Hi Becky, ironically I've just run a test and the download speed is 10.4, upload 0.45 which I'm actually quite happy with. But it's been down as low as 0.2 download, at which point I regularly need to use 4G instead of my internet. It's inconsistent and frustrating.
@DanjayMw BT was good for about a year until I was getting slowed down now I'm with talktalk my connection never gets slowed down.
@TalkTalk still waiting for a call back I was told would be today, this was 7 hours ago and still waiting. Funny feeling yet again I have been lied to by your customer services.
