    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    @OpenreachHelp I have been experiencing severe speed dips with my Fibre. An openreach engineer came out a week ago and performed tests which showed a faulty port in the street cabinet. I am still experiencing massive speed drops and TalkTalk are not being any help at all.

    @OpenreachHelp The workaround to excessive and inept use (misuse?) of AI/‘automated’ customer assistance and service delivery, where the customer cannot reach a human being, is for the customer to send a letter to the business concerned. It applies to TalkTalk and to OpenReach. Thanks.

    @OpenreachHelp I suspect your colleagues and management team do not comprehend just how far TalkTalk have gone in switching from human customer support to chat bots and other programmatic (damn fool) approaches; your engineers must frequently scratch their heads.. Perhaps I’ve helped explain?

    So @TalkTalk are even more useless than I thought. Can’t get a name right. And have now stopped responding. Gonna do a name and shame video of the escapade at the weekend. WARNING!!! Do not use their service. It sucks.
