  @virginmedia hi who can I speak to about my internet connection? When running tests it says no faults but since switching by over from talktalk to virgin, I’ve had connectivity issues EVERYDAY. whether a device cannot connect or my connection drops. This is very frustrating.

  @TalkTalk Hi Jo, Openreach attended this morning and confirmed that the internet has been dropping but there is no problem with there line and have suggested that there may be a problem with the router.

  Appalling service from @TalkTalk, initially informed them I was moving house on the 4th November, after multiple delays I’m now being told it’ll be the 29th December (7+ weeks) before my service goes live! Over 7 weeks without broadband.
