    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    @TalkTalk I have a new router. The speed is still abysmally slow despite many checks from you. It is now stating 'About Your Router You have a Sagemcom-FAST5364 but the software needs updating to the latest version' Please help.

    There’s a clear difference between @bt_uk and @TalkTalk customer service. Trying to move to BT but Lockdown stopping the engineers coming out so now TalkTalk upping the bill and can’t remove things they’ve added because BT own the contract. 🙄

    @TalkTalk Yeah he has already talked to an Account Holder several times and keeps getting given pretty terrible customer service. If you are willing to phone him and take it seriously its might be better as so far it's been uneventful.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I have absolutely no WiFi at all. It went off at 2pm yesterday and is still not back on. Please can someone help. The router is flashing orange and then staying orange for long periods of time. Based in Colchester

    I've gotten a lot terser answering the landline over the years. Probably because my most frequent callers have been "David" from "Windows Support", and "Kevin" from "TalkTalk". 🙄
