15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

Off to read me book and try to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and I hope @TalkTalk can update me on when I can expect to have broadband back. 1 week without it so far and no one has even attempted to fix the cabinet at the bottom of the road. It’s costing me loads for data! Night x

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup internet down since 07/01 now getting fed up with your daily text saying an engineer has attended!and fixed the fault, £8 compensation due per day for everyday it’s off Your now in breach of contract

Just spent an hour in chat with @TalkTalk as our net and phone has been off for two days, only for them to tell me that's its off. ******* useless. And now I get to look at adverts telling me how good they are on the telly. Spoiler... they are ****!!!

@tudsworthington It's just a matter of having good internet which is easier to say than do. Like I have not had an issue on Mario Kart 8 since leaving Sky in 2014 or 2015 and even that was fine on **** TalkTalk

@TalkTalk my talk talk internet has been absolutely atrocious recently, so slow and disconnects all the time. A shame because it used to be so good

@AceMas21 @TalkTalk Have you got a red internet light? I turned my router off completely. All plugs out. For 10 minutes. Then replugged and rebooted. Got it going. It won't hurt if it doesn't work.
