    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    @TalkTalk Hopefully sorted now, we didn't want to cancel but transfer the account to new build but it's not on your system so the contract had to be ended, diff people said diff things but now done. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk More problems! Promised a call back before 15:00hrs, waiting (while working), hour & half, nothing! I call up again. Told "we tried to call you". So can you call me back now. Answer NO! excuse other people are waiting! I have problems with connectivity! why?

    @TalkTalk stop helping people at 10pm for a fault they've created. What a joke! We'll pick this up in the morning, when I have to be at the office because I now can't Zoom at home. Any recommendations for a replacement for a more responsible and customer focused WiFi provider ?

    @TalkTalk please explain to me why you are tring to charge me £36.26 for just an emai service, when I spent a lot of time cancelling every service from you apart from my email. Talk Talk mail plus & nothing else was confirmed & here you go charging incorrectly. Sort it please 🙏
