@TalkTalk still not call and no update. Open reach phoned to come to my house not mums to fix a fault on my line which works perfectly. One job people you had one damn job and you cocked it up ! Again!

@EmmelineHartley @Barclays @RoyalMail It's not only texts from banks, a friend recently go a phone call on landline from TalkTalk, he knew exactly the amount the direct debit was and all the services on account. Also knew there had been problems on b/band offering to look at issues via computer. Call was ended then.
