@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

@TalkTalk I'm going to have to make a formal complaint, due to the condition of my Internet over the past year or so. I've had constant outages, occasionally extremely low download speeds, despite your promise that it won't go lower than 80mbps, or perhaps it was 60mbps.

Suppose that’s another 10 days with no internet, tv or owt till I can cancel coz they never phone back and if they do it’s a number that goes to the same people who can’t help, then you wait for a call that doesn’t ring to phone a number that doesn’t help. Stellar. .@talktalk

Having encountered the by the worst customer services that I have ever been experienced I am absolutely astonished that @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are still in business. Had problems with my broadband months and told no issues . Then told fault found (3 times)

@TalkTalk My recent experience with talktalk has been awful, with poor or no internet since February since the line was ‘upgraded’. An engineer then told us the line should not have been changed. After 2 hours on chat yesterday i was told chat is now closed, call back tomorrow.
