    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @MackenzieGome19 Does your internet provider have a type of block on? TalkTalk blocked Teamviewer for me, I had to login to my TT account and turn off a certain blocker that was on🙃

    @Puddlefacetwerp @TalkTalk There is no one to speak to... I keep getting an automated engineers appointment. I’ve had 8. The issue returns after about 30 mins each time

    @TalkTalk I get that but you seem to be offering better deals to new customers rather than to people like me who have been with you nearly 10 yrs. I can get much better deals as a new customer elsewhere.

    @OpenreachHelp I just wanted your staff to know what the situation was.. I’ll bet your supervisors prefer to know in advance what vague job orders actually mean and likely how long they’ll take? Open-ended ‘attend ADSL fault’ tickets must be vexing? They result from @TalkTalk support chatbots.

    @TalkTalk ..with customer, telephoned support, then used chat support. The requirement was that we provide a mobile number - but this is a not-spot, with no signal, customer without mobile. All of it via AI/software bots - badly programmed and uncomprehending.

    @TalkTalk I ignored the “we are closed” and tried online support chat.. So much effort in to faking this being a human staff chatting.. delays whilst the “agent is writing” .. Insulting to a human customer? You bet. It was just a chatbot after all.

    @TalkTalk Seriously people. You need to stay away from talk talk, by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. Best thing I ever did is leave and join @virginmedia. good luck to you all trying to get help, very unlikely you will have a reply any time soon. 😡😡

    @bedfordcj @TalkTalk Ours has been the same, reported last July had various openreach engineers out and various tech support calls, still the issue continues.
