  @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

  When @TalkTalk staff repeatedly lie to the customer then its time to contact OFCOM and leave TalkTalk in the dirt. Never have I had such poor service from so many despicable staff.

  @TalkTalkGroup Talktalk is voted THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER IN THE UK 2021. Avoid these clowns. They were supposed to have my internet up and running a week a go and I am still living with no internet. They are 100% useless
