@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@TalkTalk Been in touch again today regarding having no internet for past 9 days. Pursued all communication avenues. “Shortage of engineers” and “we use 3rd party” not good enough. Being able to communicate with TALKTALK quickly is no help if no resources to fix problems. Bad.

What a big mistake and let down staying with @TalkTalk has been :( On the phone half an hour after they were supposed to be calling me back on Monday, only to find my request not actioned, have to wait another 7 days and it will cost me ! #DisappointingService

@TalkTalk That or strip out from the protocol the listening to the customer issue and skip straight to square one. It's probarbly less frustrating to not be asked than to be asked then back to square one?

@itvhubhelp @itvhub Thank you for responding. After clicking on the episode in the Hub, it lists the programme and the dots came up and it never got going. In comparison with The Walk-in, the adverts came up straight away then the prog started. Sony tv & TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk I would strongly ask you, as a company, to look at the protocols you provide to your front line team. I understand they MUST follow these but it is maddening when as a customer you explain the situation and then you jump back to square one of the protocol

This is my account of how @talktalk have decided to fail him as a loyal customer since his passing. I can only start from the beginning. 18/07 approx 12:30 I called @TalkTalk to advise of him being a victim of a scam phone call which racked up a reverse charge to £89.
