    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @virginmedia Thanks - not a lot of help though. A large area of the town I live in is “out” so I doubt if your engineers are working 24/7 - as it says - to fix the fault. Goodbye Virgin, hello BT / TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk 4 DMs and one phone call later, I still can't get the message through that my mum is not and never has been a customer of yours, so please stop sending her emails that suggest she has signed up for your services. She does't even live in the UK!! Sooooo frustrated!!

    @TalkTalk I would like to know why despite being given a go live date for the 15th I am still waiting for my phone & internet service and have had to call your customer service 3 X's. Told wait until 26th and its' still not live. What's going on?
