    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    If @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup cannot maintain its broadband service I am off @WhichUK. Pathetic service, low upload and download speeds. The south coast service is abysmal and random.

    @TalkTalk @ChrisHach2508 It’s funny how your company refuses to acknowledge that the problem is on your side. I can guarantee there’s been a record number of customers cancelling their subscription and changing providers. You have the worst internet and customer service on the market. Congrats

    Too long #talktalk Well after about 5 weeks of slow stop start internet and 2 Eng visits. Talktalk sent me a new router. Now I am not going to say problem fixed yet just shows that they can do the right thing if they try. My problem is how long it took. Testing on going.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Renewed my contract in Nov. told I needed a new router for which I had to pay ONLY for delivery. I checked my recent bill in December and I have been charged £50. Contacted Cust Serv and they gave me credit on the 27th Dec via mail. Now been charged £50!

    @WebberForbes @TalkTalk they refuse to acknowledge the problem and try to make you believe it’s a problem with your line or box even though it’s not. I’d suggest changing providers, most of their customer service can’t understand English and just hang up on you when faced with any responsibility

    @poppynap @pgdevlim @TalkTalk Sorry for the experience, It’s amazingly frustrating my account was hacked, the Appeal never work, I got no response from support, not until someone referred to #sparkyreal1 on Instagram .. who assist me to recover my account back.

    @TalkTalk what an absolutely horrendous company, really the worst customer service we've ever had the misfortune to deal with #angrycustomer
