    @sturdyAlex Dido lost her job at TalkTalk for managing a breach of Data Protection because of poor software. Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    In the end I failed to get a proper response from @talktalk employee and hung up. They try to make it as easy as possible to sign up and as awkward as legally possible to stop you leaving. I will never use them ever again.

    @TalkTalk I have been billed for MONTHS of 'Fibre 40',but have never received any Internet whatsoever. You have failed to provide Internet since July 19th but have successfully billed me.

    @TalkTalk absolutely furious! Poor responses to my request for engineer. 2nd time it’s down in 4 days. What part of ‘ I Work from home’ don’t you understand. Waiting 3 days for someone to call me or MAYBE send an engineer is beyond ridiculous.

    @NathanBingley @TalkTalk Thanks man, mine seems more stable now too. Different router to yours. I think TalkTalk sometimes do tests or outtages really late at night, because my internet is always good but occasionally goes down past 1AM.

    @TalkTalk Is there an issue with S80 3HG Worksop? Internet has been dropping all day, line test says everything is running fine. We have restarted the router, all devices etc.

    BDUK also discussing how to accelerate take up - working on a toolkit for local authorities to help drive However, Govt is mostly leaving uptake to the market participants “make the spreadsheet work” (TalkTalk & others want more gov intervention)
