@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk could you please tell me why you are billing me for broadband when I cancelled 14 days into your 30 day period. The customer service is shocking. 3 times I had to phone you to cancel my broadband.

@TalkTalk awful service. Parents had appointment for 7am, no show. Text to say they would be there by 9. No show. Phoned and told they had been stood down but engineer did not start til 8 anyway. Why no info about stand down? Why book a slot when engineer does not work?

@TalkTalk dreadful company and appealing customer service. After promising compensation, for messing me around, on a recorded phone conversation, they are now ignoring me. Avoid at all cost.

@TalkTalk thanks for not understanding and not helping out a customer of 6 years who even when in hospital paid the bill on time but after saying you would but you couldn’t even wait 5 days to take your money and now you’ve resulted in my being overdrawn so thanks for nothing

@TalkTalk Hi, I placed an order for the fibre 65 package the other day but was told it had to be cancelled bc there was a problem with my phone line, & to ring back & reorder once the order's 'fully cancelled'. And they didn't know how long this would be. Is this normal?

@TalkTalk Had a very important business zoom meeting yesterday and guess what, my internet decided to cut out. Very unhappy about this. Need it fixed ASAP please.
