  @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

  On Tuesday of this week I woke up and the internet was down. I contacted @TalkTalk and they said it was a problem at the exchange, they’d send an engineer. I made them aware of the additional complications, no phone signal, heart failure, wfh etc

  So, @TalkTalk are encouraging people to kill spiders in their new add. Not bad enough that insects are going extinct, why not encourage mindless killing. I will be changing supplier, I think. Killing harmless animals is as current and funny as spousal/child abuse. ***** kill.

  @ItsKingSloth OpenReach are actually amazing, had 6 weeks of problems with TalkTalk, no fix in sight, OpenReach came out, fixed in 45 minutes and has been perfect since

  @JustPaulWhite @TalkTalk Can you still get mobile internet dongles? I know it doesn’t help with TalkTalk but atleast it’d be a back up for emergencies….

  @TalkTalk having broadband issues ws7, connection constantly dropping between router And internet for last 48hrs. Am trying find log in settings so I can contact customer support as service status claims all is fine

  If your @TalkTalk router dies & flashes orange with no fault on the line. Don't wait a week waiting for an engineer..buy a cheap router from argos, connect it, if it works - change provider to get a better service & router, return cheap router or keep as spare...you're welcome!

  @TalkTalk hey TalkTalk, any reason why your customer advisors lie to their customers? Told me to hang up and expect a callback from a manager straight away… guess what, no callback. Not a very good way to handle a complaint is it. Avoid TalkTalk at all costs.
