    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk can you let me know how make a formal complaint about telephone services from SSE? I submitted a query 11 days ago and have not even had the courtesy of a response. Call centre seems permanently unavailable.

    @TalkTalk your complaints process is shambolic- I don’t know how you’re still allowed to trade. It’s 2023, surely you can sort out customer experience? I’ve spent hours on the phone and still no further forward.
