@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk how does one speak with the customer service on a live chat? I am basically having a 1Mpbs instead of the 35 I pay for for the last week and it is impacting me badly as I am working from home. It says "track fault fixing 3-5 days" and it has been like this since the 29th Nov

So despite my internet's issues being an issue with Openreach, @TalkTalk have charged me £50 for an engineer visit. They told me id receive compensation for all my drop outs. Oh no, a 50 quid charge instead. #RobbingBastards

@TalkTalk Yet again disgusted with you as a company. I left in September and @EE took over the line due to you leaving me for a month with no internet and not resolving it! Now been told my account still open and billed! Still no one can sort the issue! Unreal!

@TalkTalk how about hiring some customer service workers who aren’t based in Nigeria and understand WTF I am saying? Your **** broadband hasn’t worked in months. It’s lagging in every room and your phone staff are robots who are telling me it’s fine. Get me a supervisor call ASAP
