    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @chrisdsteward @TalkTalk That's terrible Chris. To be fair, Ive had good service until now but Ive been left feeling as though I was tricked into a renewal at higher cost with no way to contact them to discuss it afterwards. Feels like a cheap and grubby to make money.

    @TalkTalk The broadband service in London SE23 has been awful this weekend, mostly under 1Mbps, when it should be around 16. What's happening???
