    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk really suck. Spent 3 weeks trying to cancel broadband. I still get texts asking me to call them. On hold again! They are the WORST!!!!

    @G__Division Oh right. I didn't know they were a provider. I'm with "TalkTalk" they had a bad rap a few years ago but I've always been happy with them.

    @TalkTalk yet again your fttp service is very poor new router as old had issue new router keeps disconnecting not acceptable now had 3 roughters in less than 12 months

    Absolutely mortified, was told I would receive a sum of money to resolve the issue with what I have had with @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk and I have just received an email saying it’s been rejected?! HOW? How can this be rejected when this was the resolve to my issue??? @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk You're about to lose a 5 year customer after moving house and having to deal with your laughable customer service. Can I speak to someone in the UK please, or at least someone who doesn't have a script. You have until tomorrow afternoon or I am switching.

    Oh no guys it's all OK @TalkTalk have advised me someone will call me on the 22/11/2021 to discuss official complaint and lack of Internet since 10/11/2021. No mention of a fix between now and then though of course

    And @BT now claiming data protection as the barrier to handover, and not having access to @Talktalk account details, when it was clearly no issue whilst the contract was sold! They communicate well when sales are involved, and leave the customer to sort the mess afterwards.
