@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

Brilliant service from @talktalk and @BT_Openreach. Fault on line reported to TalkTalk yesterday (line dead) and they arranged for BT Openreach to come within 72 hours. Patrick from Openreach arrived within 24 hours and fixed the problem. #Veryhappycustomer #greatcustomerservice

@PennyKiley @TalkTalk I've been unable to fulfill my work commitments all day. @TalkTalk services went on the blink around 1.30 AM and are not back yet. This is the second time in one week that connectivity would stop completely. Its such terrible service. What is going on????
