    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @sturdyAlex Dido lost her job at TalkTalk for managing a breach of Data Protection because of poor software. Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @TalkTalk I have had slow internet for over a week and just had a Quebe engineer visit and he escalated it to have an open reach engineer visit but you have closed the call saying it is fixed. I can’t contact you via chat. This is very unsatisfactory

    Rang @TalkTalk as Internet has finally gone 'live' Paying for twice the speed I got fro lm sky, yet its slow. Beyond slow. The worst Internet I've ever experienced. Rang them to see what the issue was. They're saying to ring back in 3 hours because of scheduled maintenance.

    @TalkTalk 27th March and it still seems to be a problem. Your help centre can't log in to accounts and are telling everyone to call back later. I have been told three time today to call back in 2-3 hours.

    @TalkTalk have been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement tv box despite 5 phone calls all over 30mins and each op telling me the box was been dispatched, nothing has arrived. Dreadful service for long term customer and paying for a service that I can’t use
