    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk is honestly the worst broadband provider ive ever had. Constant connectivity issues, taking bill payments before they're due and then charging an additional fee because they couldnt take it (a whole week before it was due) 2 months and we're already leaving 🥴

    5 calls in 5 days from @TalkTalk since I initiated my switch away. If yous had been as easy to contact when I had issues I might not have left, lads.

    @TalkTalk I’ve sent a DM in case it’s any use, but being an intermittent issue, it’ll be very hard to debug, unless TT have some way of pulling logs off the device. Thanks!

    Waw @TalkTalk we have to do home education but you can't fix the Internet for 3 days?? No help offered really you would think with home education being the only way atm then they would make more of an effort!
