@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk No. Because I saw online there was an outage in my area and other people who did phone, reported being kept on the line for long periods of time to be told there was a problem in their area. THEY ALREADY KNEW THAT. THAT WAS WHY THEY CALLED.

@TalkTalk I moved home since 28th June. My broadband has not come live since I moved.I have called 100s of times. You sent an engineer who came to my house and saw no fault but said it’s from your end. You have refused to fix this fault with your tech team. I want to deport.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 6 weeks and 7 complaints later and still no router or internet. I was promised equipment latest today!! I need someone from your legal department who can cancel my contract FOC and take the restrictions off my line so another provider can help me!!
