@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk I don’t think I have ever experience such utter rubbish and crap customer service , you can’t get through on the phone and chat takes 45 mins to get an answer is everyone in the foreign call centre answering 50 chats each , it’s so so bad and broken spelling

Hey @talktalk, I've spent 5 hours this week trying to get my phone no. transferred. 4 different people told me 4 different things I had to do. I'm a priest and have missed phone calls about funerals and hospital visits because of this. Phone line currently limbo. This sucks.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup We have had no home phone service for approx 7 days. We have fibre 500. It was all working fine until recently. Internet works well. Your live chat service does not deal with fibre customers so they transfer us to the "fibre dept" WHICH NEVER WORKS. 1/4

@TalkTalk my father had a line with you. Many years back he tried to cancel you still charged. You now have sent a last bill but charged for year when we had no service from you. This is daylight robbery. Such a bad network. We will not pay more money when we had no service!
