@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@VimILSung @TalkTalk I said I'm out of contract so l'm off. They said we can't cancel service till u pay £134. I abandoned it but virgin bill still accumulates. Now £400+ becoz they have their own line so my new supplier can't remove them like what happens with other providers on BT line eg Talk Talk

@TalkTalk What an amazingly generic response. However, my livelihood depends on the service that you offer and are failing to supply. You’re about to lose a customer. I can’t say I’ll be recommending your ‘services’ to anyone.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My Mum in her 70s has been charged £60+ for a engineer to come out and fix the Wi-Fi, as she couldn’t use the internet (surely maintaining Wi-Fi when you pay for it monthly is TalkTalk’s responsibility.) A terrible company that shows no care for customers
