@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@JohnJCrace My elderly Mum & TalkTalk customer's personal details were sold by disgruntled contractors to fraudsters whilst Harding was CEO. They used these details to gain trust & steal £10k from her. This was the cost of TalkTalk opting for lowest cost suppliers. Not my favourite person!

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

What a rubbish delivery service @YodelOnline Not reliable at all! No communications with drivers. Disgusted with the delivery service they provide and @TalkTalk not being able to resolve it. Driver falsely claiming attempt of delivery where CCTV footage says else wise.
