@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TalkTalk Hi, is there a service issue in the South Wales area? Internet speed has been dreadful since the 1st September. Line check says all OK. I'm on Fibre 65 and getting the dizzy heights of 3.38Mbps down 16.68 up (Upload speed is fine) line tests say everything's fine

...internal router with the capacity to log what's happening to it. Otherwise I would never have seen the five different attempts to break into my laptop via the Internet. Also, why would any one bother? Is it because @talktalk routers are notoriously easy to FIN attack?

@TalkTalk are vile, useless money grabbing scum. Just found out from my nervous Gran has been paying for broadband (£32pm) for 5/6 yrs even though she doesn't have a laptop or smartphone. She's tried to cancel but can't. Gonna contact the ombudsman to get this sorted 😡😡

@TalkTalk is your chat down? No broadband since this morning, followed all guides and using test socket. 2 routers tested. Had to do all WFH via phone data :-( Chat links dont work.

@TalkTalk in the last 3 months no a single day have i got proper broadband, rubbish connection. Not working again today. Disgusted and sick of complaining. But no compensation. Who will pay for the excess bill i am paying for my phone broadband inspite of staying at home!

@TalkTalk my 83 year old mother's internet connection been down nearly every morning for the past week only coming back on in the evening. Spent nearly an hour with the useless chat agent who knows less technically than I do. Can anyone else help???
