@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Have found TalkTalk completly inafective in dealing with our tech issue. They can talk the talk but cant sort it out. The ruter is caput, no amount of re booting, switching it off etc has worked. Really annoyed and fed up.

Shocking service from @TalkTalk and @CityFibre! Install engineer nailed through an electrical cable. No response, repair or resolution over a week later. My property has been damaged and left in dangerous condition.

@TalkTalk are happy to leave an 86 year old vulnerable person without a telephone line. They live alone and have no contact via phone or lifeline in an emergency. Third party authorisation has already been given and form for priority services was submitted, no help given

@TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?

In the latest episode of the broadband **** show, an engineer from @talktalk was meant to turn up and install a new line today. Nobody showed up, and Customer Support is telling me no one will come until 9 December.
