@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.

appalled by the service that @TalkTalk have provided to my mother. she's been mis-sold a tv package and unable to use it. and after struggling for over 30 days trying to understand how to use the system is now being charged hundreds of pounds to get out of a worthless contract.
