    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @sucooke They never reply to DMs either. The book appointments on the wrong day then just ignore you're messages to have it corrected. I'm certain it's so they can bill you for a missed appointment

    @TalkTalk What is your customer service number. Broadband down for last 24 hours. At first I was getting constant blue light & it was showing up on wireless options but now it is just flashing red light. It is ridiculous to say storm has impacted network but mention only 2 areas
