    @TalkTalk terrible service. No wonder I was told to avoid this company. I have regular disconnections during my work meetings. Today we have no internet in Bedford MK42 area. Can you fix this Fault reference number REP-12048393 ASAP?

    @bridgettweet @TalkTalk I feel your pain. 72 hours to remedy a line problem and I'm a key worker is not great.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp This line is impacting with major service outage issue and that's why this fault is associated with an incident: AF-IE-1696408530 according to this I can see issue is with NGA GEA_FTTC NMALKW Bedford *** 9 & Provided Target Finish Date as on 05/08/2022 It will take +1 working day

    @TalkTalk Why do you need a DM? This should be public as this is not only my issue. Several people have been impacted. You guys need to speak to @OpenreachHelp to sort this out. I'll help in the next tweet about what openreach have reported.

    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @sturdyAlex Dido lost her job at TalkTalk for managing a breach of Data Protection because of poor software. Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

    @TalkTalk please contact me ASAP. This is the 4th time I've had the same problem and have taken steps to leave your company. You are now demanding a payment with no payment systems working and no phone lines active. I record my calls too and they are very interesting.

    @TalkTalk Obviously not now it's fixed lol. General communication yesterday would have helped. There was clearly an issue and all talktalk sites were saying there wasn't. A bit rubbish really
