Hey @TalkTalk it is despicable how repeated calls to home move and order management, end either in a spiral of being handed back to the other or in being cut off. What's the point in promising 3 months free internet as an apology, if you still fail to provide any services?

@TalkTalk my internet service went down for a total of six days from the 12th April. Your engineer fixed it on Monday 18th. Please get in contact with me to discuss the appropriate charge to be deducted from my next bill.

@MoneySavingExp I received an email from TalkTalk advising me that my broadband was rising in price and told me I had the option to terminate the contract, so I did. They added an early termination fee to my final bill and have passed it on to several debt collectors, what to do?

@talktalk are the worst for customer service and a service provider. I fell foul to their rubbish in the early days.. and now after being told they are much improved.. i find the same BS again! Hours on the phone.. no result. Booked an engineer..he didnt turn up!
