Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk thanks for not understanding and not helping out a customer of 6 years who even when in hospital paid the bill on time but after saying you would but you couldn’t even wait 5 days to take your money and now you’ve resulted in my being overdrawn so thanks for nothing

@CityFibre @TalkTalk Actually @TalkTalk I've contacted Cityfibre they say it's your problem not theirs as its internet connection issue. Again I've been on the phone for 1 and half hour this morning talking 3 different people got cut off once as well. How do I complain?

Crazy how regularly @TalkTalk can have us out here with no internet but if I want to leave early, I risk my credit score or have to pay xyz fees. Always okay for businesses to **** us off when they feel like it. Contracts are always one sided.
