    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    Ongoing saga with @talktalk. A technician from #Openreach came today. Said everything was fine with the installation, except the router was not suitable for the new faster service. Oh well, here we go again.

    @TalkTalk Guys Really not happy with your service. last month mistake from talk talk and they have added more amount and the bill generated for July 10.They told next month bill it will be adjusted. Today I got one more bill and 19th is due date. What type of prices is this?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup , our Wi-Fi is down and we have tried restarting the router all day, it connects to certain devices (just the tv’s but disconnects on and off) but will not connect to our phones, laptops etc, what can we do? We’ve had no Wi-Fi all day, please help

    @TalkTalk And there's my point.. one of the biggest comms companies CHOOSE NOT TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS when they hear of the awful service they've provided.. you don't deserve our business at all.

    @TalkTalk I didn’t decide to leave you. You failed to process my order twice, then told me you couldn’t provide the service after all, then told me twice I had a contract with you and then told me again you couldn’t provide the offer. All over eight months.
