@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk no cityfibre engineers have turned up to get my new line working, neither have I had a text or a phone call from them. Bad service, do not tell me to call, as I am still on hold, so far 30 mins. Think I will move provider.

waiting 3/4 HR to get through to talktalk on the phone. What a dreadful way to treat loyal paying customers. Please can someone at talktalk do something to restore my parents internet as soon as possible.

@TalkTalk I'm happy to discuss the issue here, thank you - an openreach engineer has activated my line with sky and in doing so has disconnected my landlords landline. They have contacted you and have been sent back to sky. How can we get them up and running again asap?

@TalkTalk Worst internet provider ever. Been on the phone all day your useless representative, no one could figure out the issue. Was upgraded to full fiber…all nice until I realised your " engineer " didn’t come to install the fibre box to the wall 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾. No internet since Thursday
