@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

-
Amy Toadstool (@amyfunstall) reported
@TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, we've called that number over and over. If we say we're calling about a bereavement it tells us that it's best to call back later and puts the phone down. If we say we want to cancel a subscription it says it will transfer us and then puts the phone down???

Amy Toadstool (@amyfunstall) reported
@TalkTalk Been trying to talk to someone about closing my late uncle's account for over a WEEK now and the line keeps cutting off and telling us to call back later. This is getting ridiculous. It's hard enough when you're grieving, having to deal with this on top is horrible.
