    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @sturdyAlex Dido lost her job at TalkTalk for managing a breach of Data Protection because of poor software. Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk I’m not sure if it was the future fibre support team - I called the Talktalk number I have 0345 172 0088 and selected technical support option. Should I have called a different number ?

    @TalkTalk Hmm.. why am i not surprised. less than 50 minutes left for the Openreach engineer to show up, no phone call, no router or Wi-Fi gear. support so far have wanted to cancel my order, then couldn't find it, then said a survey would be needed, and they would call 1/2

    Bloody Talktalk Internet down all day again !! got a good mind to tell them to go and get stuffed. Good job I have unlimited data on my mbl, using it as a hotspot. But cannot watch any iplayer shows etc !!!

    @MattKTF @TalkTalk Same terrible customer service from TalkTalk here. Signed a new Fixed Price contract last week, now they tell me my price is going up. Not 'Fixed' after all.... What an awful company.

    @TalkTalk I have just called 2 and both times cut off I have had braid band installed 6 months ago. It has NEVER worked I think a refund and the ability to cancel my contract is not too much to ask
