@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk Unprofessional in every way. I was supposed to move in with internet last Friday with no issues. I am waiting with 3 different stories that don’t add up when I call in. Can someone please help with a clear answer on when I will have my internet set up.#shocking

My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday morning @TalkTalk I had 2 online chats of over 2 hrs. The issue has still not been identified despite following advice given. I need access to work from home and my son needs it to home school. Pls advise as a matter of urgency.

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Had the same experience with Virgin recently. They are all as bad as each other. Advertised prices available to new customers only, even when actually leaving them. Best policy: Have no loyalty to any of them. Be prepared to switch provider as soon as out of contract.

@O2 @TalkTalk just spend 1hr 15 minutes trying to get my vulnerable elderly dad’s mobile transferred to 02 as his phone is broken - £5 per month sim only - but he only has a building society account. @O2 apparently can’t facilitate this without a bank card! He’s 82 & shielding!
