@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk Even worse is trying to get help on your online chat. Was left with someone trying to rebook, saying will get back in 3 minutes, after 7 minutes chat reset. Then tried to restart and left waiting for reply for over 45 mins. Still no rebook done or response. 😡

@TalkTalk Hello . Performed speed tests with DL= 4.3 Mbps. Guaranteed lowest speed in my contract is 7 Mbps therefore why does your automated system state "Internet working correctly" This line was 10.2Mbps when the service was first established. Something has happened??

Hi @TalkTalk. Got our new 4K tv box to replace our older one. How do you rewind live TV like we could on the old box and how do you start from the beginning of a programme? Holding down the OK button used to do this. Seems to be missing some of the functionality of the old box.
