@zeninternet Can you help me? @TalkTalk are absolutely effing dire. They connected us an hour ago and it is still not working 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • macwill60 J.Petroc MacKenzie (@macwill60) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@JohnJCrace My elderly Mum & TalkTalk customer's personal details were sold by disgruntled contractors to fraudsters whilst Harding was CEO. They used these details to gain trust & steal £10k from her. This was the cost of TalkTalk opting for lowest cost suppliers. Not my favourite person!

  • zanconato Roberto #FBPE 3.5% (@zanconato) reported from Saint Ives, England

@sturdyAlex Dido lost her job at TalkTalk for managing a breach of Data Protection because of poor software. Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

  • PeterFane5 Peter Fane (@PeterFane5) reported from Great Shelford, England

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

  • Kimberley88 Kimberley Barnard (@Kimberley88) reported from Papworth Everard, England

@Talktalk worst broadband service I've ever had. And yet appears to be getting worse. Maybe you can help me understand to why even when my box is hard wired into the router that I still can't watch a program... @MoneyTelegraph

  • nutterguy Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

  • jane_cambridge Jane Cambridge (@jane_cambridge) reported from Hadstock, England

@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

  • HarrisonHeating Keith Harrison (Harrisons Of Burwell) (@HarrisonHeating) reported from Reach, England

@BeyondtheStove @warmyourhome @TalkTalk @ARAheatinggas @betateach @DrBoilers @HeatingConsult @CosyWarmPlumber @GreenAlbionLtd @cliveomalley @LeamingtonSBC @bbheating But when it comes to home broadband I’d stay well clear of @bt_uk honestly the worst company Iv ever dealt with in my life!

  • Dashdjian Danielle (@Dashdjian) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@TalkTalk hi talk talk. In my house our broadband and WiFi isn’t working hasn’t for two days now what can you do to help us #help

  • nutterguy Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

TalkTalk Issues Reports

  • CaroHypno Caroline Adams Cognitive Hypnotherapy (@CaroHypno) reported

@TalkTalk wifi down intermittently all day in NW2. Please advise when it will be fixed

  • easygoing48 easygoing48 (@easygoing48) reported

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money

  • Vecnaria Vecnaria Yamaoka (@Vecnaria) reported

@TalkTalk i pay for 900 down 100 up and i only get 100 max. Pure fluctuations too on full fibre. Aint that fun?

  • Jesss_Chels Jess ⭐️⭐️ (@Jesss_Chels) reported

@TalkTalk I have called your customer service line and got it sorted now Thanks

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

If I’ve got standard broadband with @TalkTalk and they are not providing a useable service despite acknowledging I’m overpaying why would It be any better if I locked myself in to a long-term contract with them.

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom i’ve been with @TalkTalk for about 20 years are they not obligated to provide me with a broadband service that works without me having to pay for an engineer to look at it or lock myself in to an even more expensive deal

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre

  • ingridtorjesen Ingrid Torjesen (@ingridtorjesen) reported

@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?

  • preshous99 michelle preshous (@preshous99) reported

@sophiejb_x @TalkTalk Mine as been down for a couple of hours
