@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk TalkTalk have provided what was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their customer service is seriously shocking. I’d urge anyone not to take a contract with them, use a competitor. As soon as I can transition services I’ll be cancelling. #awful

I wish I'd never signed up to #talktalkmailplus. At £5.00 a month for an email account, it is proving to be daylight robbery! Customer service is abysmal and I can't login to my #TalkTalk account. Get it sorted #TalkTalk!😡
