    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @TalkTalk Why didn’t you act fairly then ?? I asked you to fetch your equipment etc why are did you sell my account in I was only with you a couple of weeks before all the issues started you provided me with no service and still got money out if me remove the default notice

    @TalkTalk I’m repaying this much to my chagrin, the service was dreadful I contacted you before the 28 days, sky did not ask to re-takeover my account within 28 days nothing I could do about that I want the 2 year old default removing, disgusting I thought you’d accepted the bad service
