    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp This line is impacting with major service outage issue and that's why this fault is associated with an incident: AF-IE-1696408530 according to this I can see issue is with NGA GEA_FTTC NMALKW Bedford *** 9 & Provided Target Finish Date as on 05/08/2022 It will take +1 working day

    @spinky2360 @TalkTalk Probably because TalkTalk have increased bills for everyone even if they have a fixed term agreement... Same happened to me a loyal customer who was then told if you don't like it you have 30 days to leave with no qualms.. So I left then its letters and emails threatening charges

    @BronteSchiltz Talktalk no issues or my son would soon tell me Xbox, phone, tablet Google thingy & TV then me with the computer and TV 76mbs £23 per month with discount. If theres an issue I go on TT community forum & it gets sorted out. Never called CS for help life's too short for that 😸

    I have a dream that one day @TalkTalk may stay on the phone long enough / not transfer me to every department possible to cancel my contract. Can upgrade in seconds but cancelling at end of contract is a complete different story
