    @TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

    @TalkTalk are the worst broadband service you will ever come across. I cannot stress how utterly incompetent they are. Do not sign up with them, they wifi speeds are rubbish and I’m still being charged dispute leaving and closing my account 4 months later. Thief’s DO NOT TRUST

    @thommck @TalkTalk Get used to this Thom - it's impossible to just find a service that offers what they advertise... No internet all day - hours on customer service, pointless messages and then told that there is a fault and no idea how long to fix it.... take me back @VodafoneUK

    @TalkTalk amazingly poor service. Having spent hours on chat with the tech team they are not letting us leave even though we have to plug out tv in. The most miserable team of people. And people take note their broadband speeds are a tenth what is on the market. #leavetalktalk

    @TalkTalk why have you failed us in the delivery of a new router? Despite calls yesterday where you promised it would be delivered today so we could connect to fibre It has NOT arrived. You don’t answer messages. We have no internet and run a business. Shocking customer service.
