    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp This line is impacting with major service outage issue and that's why this fault is associated with an incident: AF-IE-1696408530 according to this I can see issue is with NGA GEA_FTTC NMALKW Bedford *** 9 & Provided Target Finish Date as on 05/08/2022 It will take +1 working day

    @TalkTalk day 10 and internet off. I’ve reported this nearly daily raise the fault. It’s the exchange they come fix it few hours later off again. Why isn’t this being fixed properly ? Why am I paying for a service I’ve not had for a week and a half ?

    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

    @TalkTalk Hi. We lost Internet at 14:40 and no idea why. Automated system says line is fine but I havent a phone to check. Having trouble getting onto website also. Is automated upgrade from 1am-6am a central issue and not my line? This is unclear on helpline.

    @TalkTalk I just received the email informing me that my Fixed Price Plan will be increasing next month, but I can purchase Fixed Price Plus to completely fix my broadband price. Some genius work there from the TalkTalk comms team.

    @TalkTalk I dunno how keep any customers ur service Is appalling Moved over 2 weeks ago meant to reconnect us couldn't do it needed a hoist Had to wait over 2 weeks for a specialist engineer to come out with a hoist today an still no hoist so still no services! Angry!
