@TalkTalk THE worst customer service! Trying to cancel is like trying to find a way through a maze of departments. On hold, transfers then had the line dropped four times when I finally reach the last department, jaw droppingly bad. Now on silent hold for past hour on my 5th call

I'm so curious at to why SO many companies internet is going down??? Virgin Media, Sky, NowTV (which uses Sky's servers((don't quote me on that)) but NowTV never usually has issues when Sky does), BT, TalkTalk, etc? Wtf is happening???

To talktalk now they are saying delay in sending out router don’t even if I will receive it. Rang customer service spoke to Amanda who said she will ask customer service to ring me in next 24/48 hours to log my COMPLAINTS list is still growing! Such awful customer service

@TalkTalk I’ve be been through this too many times with too many agents, who take 30 min to understand problem, timeout their chat when it gets tricky, or defer the blame to outside ‘Gfast engineers’ who seemingly they have no contact with. @talktalk are trash for pros who work from home.

@TalkTalk Yes I know they do! And when they knock my door at 7pm whilst I’m bathing my baby and cooking dinner, they should walk away when I politely tell them I’m not interested, not continue with a hard sell. The fact that you are all missing the point shows how bad you are as a company.

@virginmedia It isn't so much that things go wrong - that happens. It is the total lack of information that is unacceptable. We pay for assured services and we get no assurance whatsoever. Your customer service is a joke and we have no single point of contact. BT/TalkTalk here we come.

@ThatBoyLink_ @virginmedia I'm currently using their 350mbps tariff, so if you have a recommendation for a provider of that sort, that would be great! Virgin honestly are extortionate and I've never had as many issues with Sky or TalkTalk as I have with Virgin. Honestly it's shocking.

Any TalkTalk user in the UK experiencing problems with TalkTalk Youview recorder not recording correctly. Problem is their programmers have failed to update system by 1 hour to British Summer Time, hence programmes out of synchronisation & fail to record. 🌐
