@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

@TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

@TalkTalk how the hell do you expect me to play anything with your crap, 5mbps download and 0.15 upload. First 3 months fine getting 35 download at 15 upload but last 2 months 5mbps down 0.15mbps up and nothing been done to sort it this is a joke. 1000k ping is unplayable

@TalkTalk I recently purchased WiFi with yourselves which went live over 2 weeks ago. Everything has connected fine except my smart tv. I had to sit on a live chat for an hour with someone who was most unhelpful, finally told me to “get a relative to help me”. Any suggestions?
