It’s the exchange they come fix it few hours later off again. Why isn’t this being fixed properly ? Why am I paying for a service I’ve not had for a week and a half ?

Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

I'm a cripple, and becoming ever more reliant on Alexa operated stuff for turning on lights, and plugs I can't reach. The ONLY way to get them working is removing the TV ADSL

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
