@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

Switched to @TalkTalk "full fibre" 150 and was advertised 150Mbps. Turns out they're charging me for Fibre 150 but I'm actually set at 80 (lower tier). Been on phone w/tech support for *hours* over sev. weeks, no fix, in spite of promises "fixed in 48hrs". Beware of #TalkTalk.

Wondering how many times I have to wait in this week to see if an engineer will turn up or not. @TalkTalk 10 days, hours on hold, still no working internet. The customer service is absolutely shocking.
