@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk Poor customer service. I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. I rang back same issue. Help!

@TalkTalk I reported of internet issue last month, still every month I get bill inspite of zero service from talk talk. Today morning tried to reach your support by phone and chat still on wait list after 90 minutes. I would have drove to your office in person by now #poorservice

@TalkTalk taken the last 45 mins to get thru to your technical team (who obviously don’t want to answer the phones)as every time I get thru all they do is hang up on me. Your customer service is as bad as your full fibre.
