It’s the exchange they come fix it few hours later off again. Why isn’t this being fixed properly ? Why am I paying for a service I’ve not had for a week and a half ?

Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

Phil Ward (@thnurg) reportedSeriously unimpressed with @TalkTalk and their SG4K100130 router. My sister in law was tearing her hair out dealing with tech support. I had to go into advanced settings and turn off VLAN tagging to get it to work. Regular users should not have to do this.
