@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk disgusted that a vulnerable elderly customer with dementia has been left contactless after a divert issue couldn’t be resolved. We were advised to email which will leave her with no ability to contact for over 24 hours.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Contact them via letter, recorded delivery, telling them you will give them 7 days from receipt to sort the problem otherwise you will withdraw from the contract as they have failed to provide the service they sold you. If they don’t you can walk away . That’s what cib told me.
