@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk 1.5h yesterday on the chat mum sat and told to call (she can't hear on phone). 0.5h on the phone with my support, transferred to 3 people (wrong last person I've been told), waiting for another transfer, call cut. HOW ON EARTH we can cancel the contract!?!?!?

But we have been treated with professionalism by Indian service team. I don't get what the impression. I see all the complaints.
