    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk it was my WiFi activation day yesterday and I still have no WiFi, when we contacted you yesterday we were told the WiFi was down in Northampton, when I looked online to check this I saw that this wasn’t true - please just give us WiFi

    You're effectively forcing people who had their email facility / email address for over 20 years with #Tiscali, now hosted by #TalkTalk to abandon it or pay #TalkTalk £5 p/m or £50 p/y, for a service that IMO has been not up to standard. So much for #TalkTalkforEveryone

    @TalkTalk Hi, Yeah I’ve tried this a few times but nothing changed. It was actually fine this morning and back to normal speed but the speed has dropped right back down to under 1mbps again within the last 30 mins
