Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk hi , my router has been stuck on the the amber light all morning even though the lights on the modem are green. I tried restarting / resetting the router. Power down for 30 minutes and still the router Light is amber.

@TalkTalk I have just received a bill for this month & next month and see no evidence of the promise not to be charged from the handler on the day I originally cancelled, nor from the confirmatory email, nor from the agent on chat. This has been a woefully bad experience. Pls sort it out.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup disappointed with the service provided.I was on call for over an hour 2 claim my refund of £50 bck which was supposed 2 automatically return 2 my account upon talktalk receiving their equipment.However,as always,we are having to chase up.I want my refund!

@TalkTalk how can i acess the live chat on the tlak talk website as i cannot find it and when i have called to give you 30 days notice i get to the stage where you have are going to give the terms and conditions of cancelling my contract and disconnecting the service i am cut off
