    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, I’ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didn’t show up. Utter rubbish service. I’m going back to BT as soon as possible

    Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

    I spend far too much of my time trying to get TalkTalk to get their head out of their arse and sort my internet out. I'm no even a customer yet either, they just seem full on reluctant to get the equipment to me so I can be. Not ones for TalkTalking to each other it seems.

    @TalkTalk customer care has to be the worst at resolving any issue. I don’t understand why a simple change of ownership on my contract has turned into a frustrating endeavor that has taken more than 3 months.

    Since the 25th May, we have been trying to get TalkTalk and Openreach to fix the issue. First failed appointment 31st May Her case was made priority by TalkTalk welfare team 1st June Re booked 2nd June - Openreach went to green boxed, failed to go the house.

    @TalkTalk three weeks waiting for my phone line to be fixed! Technical support kept me on the phone for an hour at a time, refuse to send anyone out!!! Line still not fixed. WTH!!!

    Hi @TalkTalk we've logged a call for an elderly relative whose home phone isn't working, they rely on it for the lifeline medical service. We've had no reply or update? This simply isn't good enough! #CustomerService

    @TalkTalk Terrible service, leaving a vulnerable person who has a life line button linked to a phone line that now doesn't work and have been given an estimate of 2-3 working days for an engineer to look into the problem. Awful.
