@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

@TalkTalk Internet not working in BT25. Used the app to check and Your online response is telling me everything is fine. Its clearly not. Please advise when you're going to realise there's a problem and when it will be fixed
