@TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@bt_uk BT is the new supplier and you’ve have around a months notice, the new connection was booked in for today and you have cancelled their current connection with talktalk. They were notified of the issue on Friday evening and will have now have landline from today. Can you help?

@TalkTalk I will do although the last time she tried she was on hold for over an hour and bed for with a poor excuse. Also has been waiting for over two months for her £75 M&S voucher for signing up on a promotion. She doesn’t use Twitter or FB

@TalkTalk But this is who I spoke to who transferred me around 6 times they were no help I can and customer service was very low quality, I'm not sure how an order csn not be found

On Friday our internet cable was literally cut down because @TalkTalk (not our supplier) got the wrong address. We had to get help from BT as they wouldn’t help sort it. Now without internet for at least a week & can’t work!

@TalkTalk still nothing but an orange light. Had a non functional service since March 14 now. You blamed BT, then sent me a router, then BT confirmed a fault 71M down the line. Confirm I am not being charged for this whatever you call it.

@TalkTalk My broadband has never really worked properly, incredibly slow and drops out so much so I just off Wifi now, so I can use my telephone

Just gave 30 days notice to @virginmedia, I’ve been a customer for 10 years+ but increased costs with newborn has made my mind up. Looking for broadband only deal, typically would sign up to Virgin M200 Fibre for £28 but only new customers get that! Any suggestions? BT/TalkTalk?

@BTSopenreach please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?
