    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

    You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    Hi @TristiaH what are you going to do about your fraudulent company @TalkTalk with untrained staff. Why have I been on the phone 17 hours to over 30 people since January trying to resolve one issue because you missold a product and messed up my contract

    @TalkTalk Shouldn’t cost £60 & your customer not be told?! Anyways we will more than likely move, not impressed with not getting a straight answer from 4 people, to be told to get set up then query the charge?? Doesn’t make sense. After 20+ years doesn’t make you feel valued

    @TalkTalk Got a replacement tv box (after 1 1/2 months). I'm also a new customer. Which I deeply regret. Whole thing should have been fitted and working in December. So no I won't be renewing my contract.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup you are beyond DISCRACEFUL. Promised me an amazon voucher and now wont honour it 3 months later. 2+1 vile advisors trying to sell me new contract as a solution (leonard) slammed the phone down on me. Taking up hours of my time. Shameful!

    @CameronFawcett @TalkTalk I’ve also never know a service that uses your first name so much. I’ve worked in call centres many times and that just seems so unprofessional to me

    @TalkTalk As I say, they have done - what I'm saying is that you and other service providers should be trying to work out, together, what is going on - or passing it on to Openreach - rather than addressing in a piecemeal, per customer way.

    Shocking customer service from @TalkTalk. I was promised a call to discuss my complaint and still haven't received this. I stayed in all day for their engineer and was threatened with a fine if I wasn't in. Engineer failed to show. I lost a days pay
