You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this

Can't believe it's 2022 and I spent over an hour waiting for an answer from TALKTALK Only for them to have no answer at all for their actions. Never missed a payment in 6yrs and cut off for no reason. I have emails assuring me my account was fine.Shamefull.

@TalkTalk Genuinely have the WORST customer service of any company I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Please avoid them, don't be fooled by their "bargain" offers. It will cost you more in the long run when you loose your sanity over their absymal customer service.

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM and they have told me they can't help me as it is future fibre. Gave me a phone number so I can go on hold for an hour. I am thinking that future fibre means sometime in the future you will get Internet.

@TalkTalk I raised a complaint with talktalk on 29th December 2021 - still not had a reply! Do not go for their fibre broadband - their service is appalling!
