@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

@TalkTalk disconnected, no internet and no resolve after spending from 9am till 21.00pm ,passed from dept to dept. Finally tried to cancel as I am out of contract and they could not do that either. Manager hung up on me.

@TalkTalk No customer service from TT forums are loaded with the same issue of trying to force out of contract customers to full fibre. Telling us we are signed up to a package we did not request and salesman cannot be found.

Never in my life on behalf of my brother have I received such appalling customer service as I have from @TalkTalk In the last two weeks his internet has gone down 12 times! 3 hours on Monday on the phone no resolution! Another hour today and still no resolution! #disgusting
