@TalkTalk over the last week your internet svc has been extremely poor. Constant disconnections with 2 cases of no internet connection from 9/10pm at night continuing into the next day. My husband works from home and has constantly had delays with his work due to your poor svc.

.@TalkTalk Still waiting on an engineer here (Chichester). THIRD time an engineer not turned up when promised. Now been waiting SIX WEEKS for basic phone/internet connection. Awful service and totally unacceptable for a vulnerable, elderly person (also a long-time customer).

@WeAreOpenreach Thanks for the response. To clarify: I did go through service provider (Talktalk) who agreed that it was a legit complaint to file with Openreach. Gary refused to book it even after he confirmed that an engineer file an incomplete job as complete

Got a message from @TalkTalk with an appointment for fibre to home instalation, so confirmed the appointment. Engineer came today and installed but the service from @TalkTalk to the house doesn't work. 4 hours on the phone to them and still no service.

Is talktalk still in business? I have talked to India, emailed there so called CEP & Customer service. First my email kept dropping out, this was repaired, I have no working wi-fi plus in adaptors, twice since the first week in July I have been promised these plugs, non arrived

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup an error by TalkTalk means we are left with no service. Vulnerable resident of 96 at property. Nothing can be done. Given the option of 48 hours or waiting til 3rd August. This was for a confirmed home move on Wednesday!
