@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@short_jayne @virginmedia Same here too in M29 (Astley), it's been awful for days, I've sent a complaint after trying to talk to someone on their very unhelpful 'live chat' which is a bot. Today I've moved to @TalkTalk in the hope that they can provide a reliable service.
