    @TalkTalk I've got 15 messages now from 10 different people and the OpenReach person fixed the cable and managed to get us a new TalkTalk router but 4 days later still no internet. We work from home and would like it to work tomorrow... How can you help us?

    @TalkTalk on hold 1 hour 30 minutes trying to cancel service no answer. Worst service experienced to date.

    @Janeyapplequeen @TalkTalk Im in the same boat, clifton moor area also. Spoke to customer service and was promised a call back. That was over 24hrs ago.

    @TalkTalk Hi, i recently left talktalk and i was told that i will receive a bag to put my old equipment into and send it off for recycling, my service is ending on the 15th of march and i still havent received anything, that should i do? Thanks.

    @TalkTalk @Janeyapplequeen No one want to chat about the problem, they want reliable Wi-Fi provision. That’s basic and @TalkTalk can’t even manage that

    Another 3 hours wasted thanks to @TalkTalk trying to sort out my lack of Internet connection doing the same tests with the same results. Quick to take my money with no interest in providing me a Internet service.

    Just got my Outlook 2003 (Computer Installed office program - not Outlook Live webmail) working perfectly after some more talktalk settings alterations. Any problems just ask.
