Harding has some cheek. A disaster with TalkTalk and their lost data, a major disappointment with T &T &now she wants to be head of NHS. She’ll get the post & the public can be confident in their knowledge that no matter how bad you are providing you suck up to the PM you’re OK .

@TalkTalk not exactly pleased to be told my monthly price was going up less than 6 months after taking out a new 24 month contract at which time I was explicitly told there would be no price increase for my contract! I’m a loyal customer of many years - not impressed!

@13sarahmurphy @NHSEngland She failed spectacularly at her previous job at Talktalk as well. Harding is the person to make it fail. The line from the Tories over the next 5 years is going to be, "we've tried to save the NHS, but it's way too difficult... we need to privatise it to save it"

@TalkTalk Hi Lish. I know there's an outage and running the checker at the link confirms that. What i don't know if what is the problem and when it will be resolved. Like many others, i work from home and rely on the Internet to work. Where can i find more information please? Thank you.

Dont understand why @talktalk cant just help the customer and deceiver the service we pay for.. like seriously what kinda company doesn’t listen to the customer? Last time the telephone wire was broken, I told them.. took 3 days to listen to me!! Had to wait 7days! 0 compensation

@TalkTalk Morning Kaye. That's correct, the incident has been resolved and i'm back online. I would be interested to know what the issue was! Comms was really poor yesterday in regards to this issue and needs to be better! Thanks for reaching out.

@TalkTalk I had a call booked between 6pm and 8pm this evening to discuss my complaint. I received a text message at 18.10 saying you will call on 23rd June. Why haven't you called me today? I have been waiting since 23rd May for a call!!
