    @TalkTalk Internet has been problematic all day, done a full reboot and cleared router cache so i know the issue isn’t my side. Any advice please or is there a known issue around Manchester, Thanks

    @TalkTalk No I’m afraid not. You’ve had 9 chances to help and we’ve made a formal complaint. Probably be ignored by your company as you couldn’t care less about your customers. It’s a disgrace. Nothing will change my mind

    Such terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. As if that wasn't bad enough complaints team meant to have called me by 2pm and nothing. Seriously had enough now. Got no phone line and 2 disabled people in house. #talktalk #notabletotalktalk

    @TalkTalk As predicted directed to the number we’ve had lies from for over a week. As I say do not touch talk talk with a barge pole if you want customer service. Product cheaper but can’t get it to actually get delivered and work. 😩

    @Rainnie2011 @TalkTalk Quite agree, I’ve been going around in circles with them for a month now….no home phone, no internet, 6 manager calls which never materialise. Good luck with the DM, never got anywhere with mine. Whole thing is a shambles.
