@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Totally frustrated,complained to TT today re perpetually slow Bb,I am told(as always) that all is well and the fault may be in in my house.All homes around mine are upgraded with the new fast Bb and can access speeds up to 35mb/s, I have at best 1 and TT wont Help.Cost £70/mth.

@TalkTalk In a day full of online meetings, my internet has cut out and apparently there is a line fault? I then received a text stating that it’ll be fixed within 2-3 days but I rely on my internet service to do my job, what can I do to speed this process up?

@TalkTalk think it’s disgusting that your making people with lower scores pay stupid money upfront for average broadband, not everyone’s financial past is their own fault. How do you expect new customers if that’s the type of things you implement!
