@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Urgh nothing but issues with talktalk. Incapable of providing and delivering what they offer. Soon as the contracts up I’m off and so are my friends. Anyone I know who use these have nothing but poor connection, poor service. STAY WELL CLEAR PEOPLE

@TalkTalk I’m fuming! I ordered an engineer last week to install the internet between 7-9 this morning. No one came, I rang you up got passed through 5 DEPARTMENTS! And still no solution. Apparently you dont have my order?! What the hell are you going to do about this? Shocking!!

Left TT in Dec and sent box back, get an email confirming receipt of box. They then bill me £50 for the box. Spent ages talking to a rude lady who said they wouldn’t refund until next month then today they charge £12.50 for missing a payment. AVOID @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Hi I've got some issues with my Wi-Fi, it has currently just shut off, but in the last week or two I can't seem to get Netflix or any apps on my TV to work, we purchased a booster since it's the TV in my room and the router is downstairs, please help.
