@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

Well our experience with @TalkTalk is not good. A failed code after a long wait is apparently @amazon fault and providing a prompt service to its customers is beyond @TalkTalk control !! Now got to wait another 7 days. Two failed email/codes, 37 days to date

@TalkTalk It's me again! Having trouble paying my bill once again. I called up to ask, if I pay though my bank, to talk talk, as I did last time, Will it process as me paying my bill. Several times I repeated this question and was ignored by the other side. 1/?

Now they want to talk to me to finalise account closure - but won't actually talk to me on the number I was told to ring. I now have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a @talktalk manager to call to discuss the complaint I want to make.
