    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk What are your customer service hours? Your website lies and makes out on one page its 24 hours and another page its 7 days 8-8. Called just now and closed! What hours do you actually operate?

    @TalkTalk Problem is you should not have been allowed to advertise "guaranteed no price rises/locked in prices" with a get out clause. This new fixed price plus isn't worth the paper it's written on with same get out clause in terms & conditions. So at very least it is false advertising.

    Just me or is wifi in the UK at its worst peak? I'm home alone right now with 2 devices connected to my wifi and its 250-750 ping 30 packet loss every 2-4 secs. @TalkTalk & @Virgin fix your ****

    @TalkTalk no internet in coppull AGAIN. this is the worst ISP I've ever been with it goes off at least once a day and when it's on I get less than half the speed I'm paying for.

    @TalkTalk You do endless line tests, same test no result equals pointless activity, then you blame open reach.... just let me out the contract before I cancel the direct debit and cause you public embarrassment when you try and take me to court.
