@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I’ve set up my router, had an email to say my line is ‘live’, but the light has been blinking for almost 2 hours. Can’t use the ‘my account’ support as when I log in, it says “Oops, it looks like there's been a technical issue :-(“. How can I get my internet working?

@JuliePratt27 @SkyHelpTeam The lack of knowledge/updates is actually disturbing from Sky. Even TalkTalk provide consistent updates when an outage occurs, and even have a localised tracker. I wouldn’t go with TalkTalk if my life depended on it, but at least they’re responsive to these issues.
