@TalkTalk I've left your service and returned my equipment to you in your pre packed envelope and did that about 3 weeks ago - I've just had an email telling me it's not been returned. I don't have proof of postage, the device or serial number any more, what can I do?

Much like that TalkTalk qt the C/S agent is really nice and helpful and apologetic. Always makes me feel bad for people taking the flak for inadequate systems, and makes me think about how the system I work on could make our C/S team's lives easier.

@talktalk have blocked me after a brief conversation in which I told them the employee names of the people that have been following me around and trying to **** my head up... Any decent #solicitors fancy helping... should earn a few million.. a second data breach would be bad

@TalkTalk What are people actually paying you money for? You should refund or compensate for every day there isn’t internet in people’s homes. Ours has been down here for the past few days, nothing at all. Having to use our 4G, absolute joke.
