    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk Wow you actually posted there was a problem !! Amazing considering nearly every night or several days a week connection is lost between 11.30pm to 01.00 . Yet you never apologise nor refund your customers for this unknown cutting off of service !

    @TalkTalk Also down again... downham market pe38. After 3 calls to your customer service today and got hung up on 3 times. Awful service. Openreach friend came over, tested their end, no issues there end....More lies from talktalk and still no internet.
