    @NaomiLWood @forensicgod It's no secret that Dido Harding was in charge of TalkTalk when it had the greatest security failing and data loss ever. But not much has been said of her schmoozing Vennels into NHS Chair - was that a nod for PO installing the unstable TalkTalk to run Horizon on, so soon after?

    @76_gran @TalkTalk I agree and they think it's totally ok to keep increasing the bills! It's not that difficult to speak in person. They clearly divert everyone to chat live online or automated to go online and then they hang up so they don't have to deal with the situation .

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband and Sky Glass is so unreliable. The Broadband and Sky Glass is currently down. I’ve restarted the router, unplugged it from the wall and nothing works. I thought TalkTalk was bad, however, this is the worst service in the world bar none. #SkyNoBand

    @TalkTalk what is happening about my Broadband being down for over 24 hours? Apparently an engineer was called & dealing with the issue "within 24 hours". I expect a refund. Absolute Jokers & Fraudsters. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

    @ap5151ap @TalkTalk I've been without access for over 24 hours. They said an engineer would sort the problem. They lied, & still want paying!

    @TalkTalk Don't listen to them. *Oh, we really want to help you* I've had issues since Year Dot. You can never get to speak to anyone who speaks English. They'll never resolve your problems. My broadband is still not working, after spending an afternoon talking with them.

    @TalkTalk As usual, I have an issue. Broadband is down YET AGAIN. Exactly WHAT am I paying £30+/month for? Absolutely NOTHING! & Customer Service is worse than useless 😡 I'm taking this further
