@TalkTalk And 'Albert' the engineer I was in live chat with has now disappeared now I've plugged my line into the test socket with no instructions what to do next. I was live chatting on my 4G connection. This is seriously rubbish customer service.

So Talktalk can't reconnect us until next tuesday. Dad is so "happy" with this, that he kicked the nearest box and started jumping on all the packing air bags from his parcel, and I've had to cancel 3 events. Great to be punished for something that isn't our fault! Sarcasm 😕

Call from 'TalkTalk' about my 'complaint' . What complaint? "Well if you give us your password as security test....." No no. YOU phoned me. What's my name? "You have to give US your name before we speak to you" Bad scammers or very poor customer service from @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Internet is down in Edinburgh, your man on the phone blamed BT and seemed to have no clue anyone else is experiencing this issue. He said it would be 2-3 days which is absurd.

@TalkTalk Not just Edinburgh. East Lothian also been terrible for a few days as well. My Mum’s landline is almost unusable due to background noise and earliest engineer can come out to check is the 9th April.
