@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

14th Dec, no broadband, what a surprise @TalkTalk , they haven't contacted outreach @gbnews , worst provider ever, @BBCNews , useless bags of shi#, I have wasted over 36hrs of time I won't ever get back trying to get my broadband back, is it too much to ask????

@TalkTalk Your only suggestion is to use my mobile data when there is no service where I live, right ok. @EE have provided me with emergency WiFi vouchers yet my actual provider have no alternative to give me? I’ll be changing my provider ASAP. Formal complaint incoming.

@TalkTalk , @dorset_eye , where are outreach?Are they out of reach?? Cos @TalkTalk can't reach them to fix my broadband, only 8 weeks so far, should I be complaining, am I allowed to??? Sent them tracked, signed for letter of complaint which they received, no acknowledgement

TalkTalk is by far the worst ISP I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I absolutely can't wait to get switched over in January. 0/10, I do not recommend.

2/. TalkTalk Customer Services don't listen and don't provide any level of customer care. Transcript, with all my details, the serial number of the box and all the actions I had taken to bring the box to life. Sent 11th. November. NOTHING.
