@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalkGroup In breach of contract. Lost a day’s work trying to sort a bill you have over charged me for. TalkTalk has admitted you lost a contract I signed as now won’t help and are over charging me. Just pass me around rather than help. Customer of 10 years wanting help.

@TalkTalk Instead of telling me to dm you so you can repeat the same **** about turning it off and on again how about you fix your faulty *** wifi. You keep blaming your customers and telling us its an issue on our side when its obviously not, we have a new box and its still cutting off.

@TalkTalk last Friday your engineer called to upgrade me to fibre to the house.He couldn't get it to work and suggested i contact you. I have done,it's still not working. Today your full fibre help person "Dominic" cut me off.Can you sort this?

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk You cannot help me unfortunately, 6 months without one single minute of connection, many emails with the support team , 3 months paid without connection and now a cancellation of the service and as I did not pay they send me to the debit office without source the main issue.
