@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Well - it crossed my mind someone nearby me is using a lot of bandwidth (I'm no expert), but for around 7 or 8 months now my internet goes every single Sunday night. If I'm doing work for the following day then I have a problem...or watching something, it's spoiled...

@TalkTalk Already cancelled because your service is the worst! No clue how to handle customers at all, no communication, passed between telephone agents who are clueless, its an absolute cluster **** of insanity and incompetence
