    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

    Sky were no help. I am getting the download speed I'm supposed to get, which I am not disputing, but they say they cannot advise me about my upload speed because of this... and I thought talktalk were bad!

    @TalkTalk I chose not to use your company because of your reputation for poor customer service, why did you think I was a customer? Do you just put out a standard tweet to anyone who speaks about. your company?

    @TalkTalk your 'help' and 'support' is a fcking disgrace. sick to death of half an hour of questions/answers instead of the advisor just giving me a STRAIGHT answer FIRST TIME ffs! absolutely appalling service. get this sorted

    @TalkTalk I have been hearing this same excuse for the past one month. Nothing is done yet. The internet connection would come on for a few hours but since yesterday till now I don’t have internet. If it’s an open reach fault, it should impact other service providers too, so why only TT
