@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@AngryGamerPod @TalkTalk Trouble is, “Imran” is not a human, but a random name for this instance of TalkTalk automated support computer bot.. the illusion of being helped by a trained/experienced/intelligent human being fails very quickly if you have any issue needs resolving.

@TalkTalk Oh, and the problem has been going on since January. My neighbours (half a mile away) have exactly the same problem. Two engineers have been, and have said that the problem is not within my house, and yet you keep asking about my sockets and router. JUST SORT THE LINE!
