@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

I haven't heard from anyone. @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp maybe you can help? Is my phoneline & broadband going to be installed at some point?There's stuff everywhere because I have emptied bookcases so the engineer had access to the phoneline. Is it worth me putting this back?

anyone else having trouble with @TalkTalk wifi? I’m meant to be doing my dissertation and can’t get anything done when the wifi cuts off every single day. the prices are going up but the service had apparently gone down.

@Edinburghgurl @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp New installs do take a bit of time to settle down & find an optimum speed but if the engineer has left it should be up and running by now. I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone

@TalkTalk 3rd time trying to cancel this shocking service. 3 times I've been told it's been cancelled yet still receiving emails telling me an engineer is coming 3 months too late. Live chat and phone calls an absolute waste of time. Was told to cancel direct debits by callcentre

Talktalk phone lines down in Bridge, Kent. TT blaming BT and BT say it's TT. So we get nowhere. Useless.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre Your service is a complete joke. Waited all day for your installers to turn up for the second time - and they didn’t. How do you expect someone to run a business with suppliers as unreliable as you? I would swap to Vodafone, but it’s the same installers!
