@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours to cancel my broadband... this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to contact you. I started as caller number 50 however, as I got to caller number 7 suddenly I started going back up to caller number 12 then 13 then back down to 8..disgusting!
@TalkTalk Still waiting to cancel! My contract ended on 2nd March but apparently need 30 days notice for an engineer to disconnect, they then offered 7 days but now they can’t do it and I need to wait for a call back! Absolute shambles of a company! Don’t use them!

@TalkTalk I’m trying to return my old equipment, but your customer service refuses to send the returns bag to my current address. It hardly makes sense in the current circumstances to disturb the new residents at my old address. Please don’t make me consign it to landfill.
@TalkTalk How long have you got? 1 hour 10 mins on chat to be disconnected, no working service since December, super slow customer service, having to repeat the same thing a thousand times over. Your customer service principles are shocking
@TalkTalk She needs to cancel her broadband as she is moving. She says she has been on hold now for over 2 hours and has hung up requesting a call back
If there is a company providing shitter customer service than @talktalk then I am yet to find it
@TalkTalk That's what I've been complaining about all weekend, I should be able to cancel my service without having to telephone queue for hours, how can I submit a formal complaint?
@TalkTalk Have you seriously not sorted your staff with work from home facilities in the last year or are you just using the current situation as an excuse for poor customer service?
Counting the hours till my new broadband kicks in and I say goodbye to @TalkTalk forever. They're so bad, I am willingly paying the leave-early penalty just to be rid of them. My internet died at least 5x a day for over a yr. #talktalk is cheap crap made to keep poor ppl poor.
