@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup As a writer in 2022, your 2 tech priorities are data redundancy and connectivity. I and others have offered help many times in the past. There is no technical reason for you to stay with them. I'll pay for 12 months of any ISP you choose if I am wrong.

@TalkTalk beyond horrendous customer service. SME’s can’t afford their staff spending 4 hours in a week to sort basic issues and still get nowhere. Stop using covid for shocking service. Even the staff believe it crazy. Talktalkbusiness.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Unfortunately, in this instance, you get what you pay for. Cheap as chips ISP. If your broadband is work critical you need to pay for it. I and others have offered to help you sort this, please let us know why you cannot move to another provider.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup (1/2) FRAUDS! I have been trying to ensure my contract ends on my EXACT contract end date (2/3) since January and after 12 hours on the phone and countless incompetent staff telling me there are technical problems, no response from the escalation team…

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are now diverting me to complaints who I’m sure, same as the escalation team, don’t seem to do or respond to anything. So me opting not to simply end my direct debit to avoid ruining my credit, is actually causing more problems
