    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @e_therp @TalkTalk @zeninternet You'll get none of that with Zen. I usually have an actual engineer (and I mean a technically trained person, not someone with a script) on the phone in around 5 - 6 minutes, and you know they're only a few miles away. That's on the rare occasion I have a tech issue.

    @TalkTalk My router is faulty, I can't hard reset it says my password is incorrect, it is right and I can't connect via my new router. Also it says online your customer services are open 8-8 this is untrue can it be fixed? thanks

    @TalkTalk my router is losing DSP connection every 10-15 minutes since last night, was on live chat and they tested the line and no faults found. Seem to be a lot of people with the same issue this weekend...

    @TalkTalk had an email from you telling me my switch to a new provider is cancelled. contacted support only to be told that you pretend to cancel switches automatically. spent hour+ contacting you & new provider for nothing. bizarrely unethical. im going to need a big apology.
