@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I’ve gone through your system and had a report saying it was a problem at my end. I’ve contacted my sons school to say he won’t be doing the online lessons and was told that the school have had a lot of people saying the same due to talktalk connection issues. So thanks anyway...

@TalkTalk I’ve also no internet. I’ve rang talk talk and they said it’s an Outreach problem and they are working on it. So not sure why your saying there is no known problems!!
