    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. Itโ€™s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didnโ€™t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @JohnFielder1 TalkTalk mucked up and disconnected me for 6/12 Resorted to writing to Chief Executive in the end & this was only way got resolution

    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @TalkTalk what's happened to Talk Talk? The efficiency is reverting to type - awful! I'm wrongly refused the removal of Callsafe to be replaced with Last Call Barring. Lengthy talks & promises, when I'm on holiday, then end up with none!! Unbelievable!

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops Iโ€™ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because youโ€™ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. Iโ€™ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement. You still donโ€™t believe me. Direct Debit cancelled. Congratulations on the customer-retention masterclass.@TalkTalk

    @devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.
