@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

Have tried all of them by now, and @TalkTalk clearly is the worst broadband provider. Not just unhelpful but outright obstructive and even duplicitous during the cancellation process. One to avoid.

Trying to cancel my @TalkTalk internet is a nightmare !! Tried online chat and was told I have to ring. I then ring today and after going through all the automated steps, I then get told the line isn’t open !!! How am I supposed to cancel ?? 🤯🤯🤯

@TalkTalk Why has my already flaky AF connection been 10x worse the last few weeks, we are lucky to get 1 MB DL speeds most of the time and trying to contact support is just a joke. no way I am paying next month, out of contract anyway. jokers

I am not surprised @TalkTalk has come out bottom of the Which report for service providers (publ this week). Spent hours every day trying to sort lineone account. Paid £50 for upgrade to TalkTalk mail 48 hours ago. Still cannot download mails from server. So 😡
