JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk I will be adding my own Public Reviews on @TalkTalk and how disgraceful they are as a company to profit from Dead Customers. Your Management & Directors have no shame for Appauling Customer Services
-
Burridge Les (@BurridgeLes12) reported@TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk It’s extortion. Bad practise by a big company. Let’s hope you lose thousands of customers as a result.
-
Debzzz Needham 🍂 (@DeborahNeedham) reported@TalkTalk why have I received an email telling me I need to start paying for my email account because I’m no longer a customer? I am a Talktalk customer and my email address is linked to my Broadband account
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk This just doesn’t affect me. Cancel the policy of charging for legacy email addresses will solve it.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
