  @TalkTalk how can you keep charging people 10 weeks after they have passed away? You're bereavement team is appalling. No sympathy and now sending another bill! The service wasn't even used. It went live after the person passed away but you are still charging?

  I love getting charged by TalkTalk for the service they failed to provide despite cancelling within the 14 day period. Sure do hope I get that money back. And a confirmation email I cancelled

  Disappointed in the customer service from @TalkTalk - router packed up last Tuesday and had to wait for an engineer to confirm last Friday. Was told a new router would be ordered only to find out today that it hadn’t been. I work from home and rely on internet #noworknomoney
