@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

Anyone with @TalkTalk and having problems with connecting to the Internet? People have to rely on WiFi now to talk to their loved ones online and parents also need it to homeschool. Please sort it out ASAP Talktalk 🙄
