    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Louperb @TalkTalk We live very rural. We have terrible broadband even outside of lockdown. We now have 5 children remotely learning, 1 child working remotely and one parent working remotely. Its a **** show.

    @TalkTalk just received email from talktalk that my fiber65 service had been cancelled from another company. I have also lost connection about 1.5 hours ago. I have no knowledge of the service cancellation

    @TalkTalk WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Despite trying since OCTOBER to cancel my contract, finally managed to do it in December. Have had numerous conversations having to repeat everything EACH TIME. Finally paid my FINAL BILL yesterday only to just receive yet ANOTHER email!

    i stg @TalkTalk has to hands down be the shittest internet provider meant to get 70mbps and i get 2.5 with 110 ping.

    @misswright_geog Talktalk are good, speed is better than what we pay for and they're really easy to cancel even if you're still in contract. I cancelled an 18m contract after 9 and they didn't charge much
