    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk can i request a customer service exe to call and help sort my issue. It has been an hour, 3 calls going through all the security, explaining the problem, the line gets disconnected. May be talk talk needs to take another network provider.

    @TalkTalk trying to close/transfer a/c and getting nowhere. Tenant close to #nervousbreakdown trying to ensure uninterrupted service for his business and kids’ education. Hours spent on phone between us! Any help?

    @TalkTalk Done that. Reported the fault, been told it was your end then nothing. Been on chat again and now apparently engineer will be coming tomorrow even though they are on strike. Rubbish communication. No rush to help people. 5 days with no Internet. Time to switch I reckon.

    @TalkTalk - terribly outdated customer service which urgently needs addressing. Stop with the awful scripted niceties and get on with the job. Customers don’t have hours to spend on the phone - especially when you can’t send a renewal contract after 3.5 hours of “chat”.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been sat on the online chat for over an hour already. Absolutely shocking customer service. I can’t work. I can’t even get through to the right team to sort this out. What the hell is going on? Phone lines all day to use your online chat cos it’s faster. Is it though?!

    @TalkTalk Thanks to the BOT that picked this up. But as it requires some service I have now attempted 5 times to cancel using that very chat and phone line. I am attempting again. Been on hold for 8 min.

    @TalkTalk I have done and you told me to call the retention number, they said they will cancel it within 5 days and they didnt. I don't know what else you want me to do @OmbudServices any advice?
