@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk You told my flat mate the problem was the line and not the router (that the engeneer you sent said was the problem). Today the router didn't work so I plug a tp/link and internet its going well... So... Do you send me a router and an a apology?

@TalkTalk Yes they are aware, the problem is that the open reach engineer has not completed the switch to the new Distribution Pole. I get 3mb/s in evening when I need to work......I had Broadband disconnected yesterday to get a new line, not done this morning.

Ok, @TalkTalk what the hell is happening with your internet? Working from home (like everyone else) and this week it's been constantly on and off! Restarted the router. Same. Reset the router. Still a terrible connection! I end up using data & tethering when sat at home...
