@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@MidnightCorvus9 I know what you mean. I've tried TalkTalk again and so far no problems at all. Of course, not telling you to choose TalkTalk, just sharing my experience with you but I do suggest finding other broadband because £50 a month for ****** service is basically throwing money away

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk We are a long standing customer. The connection to our Sky Q keeps dropping out. This even happens on the unit that is hard wired. To reconnect we have to turn the router on and off. Please can you help?

@TalkTalk Thanks Chris. I've managed to book an appointment now. Can I ask why I have to accept the earliest possible appointment to get automatic compensation? I'm still paying for a service you're not providing. Why do I have to jump through hoops to not pay for the pleasure?
