@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@SkyUK Don’t buy SKY Glass, stick with your old television and get a puck or even go to @TalkTalk or @bt_uk . I’m having a nightmare with these guys even through there “Priority Team”. I’ve had problems ranging from cosmetic damage screen problems all I want is a working tele!

@ByJamesJones @TalkTalk I would say I’m surprised… I paid more for BT. Better customer service, can actually speak to them, too but when I moved went with Hyperoptic. Easy to talk to as well.

@TalkTalk after an ongoing fault your team recommended I change provider as it’s something you can’t fix.I arranged a transfer for 20th March to Virgin but you disconnected my service 10 days early.Neither retentions or tech support are able to fix this. Help!
