@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk @BT_Openreach Ohh my god! I have been trying to talk to AI bots, people on chats now for 2 weeks. Its simple. The cable between my house and the outside pole has dropped to about 12 feet above the ground. Yes my internet works that's not the problem for the 100'th time
