    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk was persuaded to get fibre (sent many emails texts) it wasn’t explained properly and now trapped into only being able to get full fibre expensive deals. Less providers available on full fibre. Putting in a complaint to ofcom that poorly rolled out at consumers penalty.

    @TalkTalk Seriously, the amount of times I have given my details and nothing is done. Absolutely fed up. It'd just a waiting game until we have it up and running again. This happens every couple of days & we're still waiting on a permanent fix.

    @Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

    @TalkTalk The issue is I want to leave due to **** connection but you want me to pay an early cancellation fee which I refuse to pay! Nothing to sort out unless you are prepared to let me cancel for nothing!
