@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

It’s terrible I need to rely on my mobile data to watch stuff on my PS4 because half the time @TalkTalk is weak as hell. WIFI AND Ethernet cable and it’s too weak to connect.

@TalkTalk You want to send me a code to my old mob number (which I no longer have), so I can log in and update my new mob number so I can get the code to log in. Can you spot the problem here? The circle of impossibility. Who designs this ridiculous system?
