    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 advisors ended the call after breaching GDPR, after i said specifically not put it down and pass to a manager and he still did. Advisor was JOSH. I want to cancel my contract. Maybe cheap but care is atrocious.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I read that they have a poor reputation for customer service, but then so do some of the other big providers.

    @TalkTalk Have thus problem sorted out. Every time I try to log on ot takes around 3 times to get to log in. Doesn't matter if its via my phone using mobile data or the land line. Really poor service. Even after paying my bill online the website just hung and wouldn't display if I'd paid

    @TalkTalk since fibre update we seem to loose connection at least once a day and can be for prolonged periods of time? In BA11 postcode. Can’t ever get hold of support? At a loss what to do?

    @UzzyUsman2 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare The agent talktalk use in uk is some firm from India and they're in trouble. They recruit daft kids like Josh who don't know what they're doing and any that do know soon leave because they end up doing all the work.

    @TalkTalk internet down, reported online and says I need to wait 2-3days for an engineer to come. Not acceptable, need internet to work. Unable to get any further help on website. Please update on a fix

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent an hour on the phone to you tech team explaining that my router is broken, there are no lights on it-yet your tests say it’s fine. Then we got cut off & they call back but only ring once. I answered & no one is there! I need a new router. Contact me asap.
