    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    What internet provider do you use? I’m with TalkTalk and the past few months it’s been utter dog ****. Need a wired connection for anything good. 150mbps download speed and awful!!!

    Talktalk is becoming the worst Internet provider I have ever used. Every night the Internet drops. Most nights the signal strength is so marginal that you can't even do anything. Really bad

    @TalkTalk after an awful start with you we had months of uninteruoted Internet, which was great. Now, we have upgraded to your fibre broadband and immediately have problems. It was only done on Friday and now we can’t get any internet

    @TalkTalk I’m still talking to the live chat team, but they are literally repeating the same questions that the last person asked me - I’m really keen to avoid another 90 minute chat with no resolution! It’s even worse in repeat. :(

    Hey @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to get through on your phones all day & am yet to speak to a real human. I’ve put my landline in as it asks but still can’t get through. The engineer who installed couldn’t wait to leave. Pls help 😭

    @TalkTalk Joey - I’m trying to avoid further duplication. The chat I’m having now is an exact ‘cut and paste’ copy of the previous one - I’d really like something new. Back to my first comment.. this is wearing me down and I’m about to give up.

    @virginmedia I was speaking to Frazer from Retentions, who refused to re-open my complaint, refused to escalate my complaint to a manager, so patronising he was, and he also hung the phone up on me when asked to be escalated to a manager @TalkTalk you got nothing to worry about
