    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    Special thanks to all the @TalkTalk customer service agents I dealt with yesterday, both on the online and phone. It was a long process due to connection issues. All staff showed excellent customer service skills. People are quick to complain, but not so quick to give credit!

    Who can we speak to @talktalk if we have a problem with our telephone? Your telephone numbers are very challenging to find on your bills or website.

    Hey @TalkTalk , my Mum signed up to broadband and TV yesterday and has had a text today saying she'll get a new phone number. That wasn't part of the deal so we want to cancel. Tell us how please
