    @TalkTalk Large parts of Edinburgh have absolutely no internet connection - it’s not just some websites, it’s everything. Numerous people are tweeting you about this and you haven’t responded to any of them. Please put some accurate info up here or at least acknowledge the issue.

    @TalkTalk Internet is down in Edinburgh, your man on the phone blamed BT and seemed to have no clue anyone else is experiencing this issue. He said it would be 2-3 days which is absurd.

    @TalkTalk you promised me a manager would call back on 3/3 within 48 hours because my fibre connection is so poor I can barely WFH. Nothing! Follows being left without internet by talk talk in 2019 for months on end during which I had shocking customer service. Call me please!

    @TalkTalk I keep trying to get a six month old complaint sorted and nobody is helping. The manager keeps calling me on my mobile. I have no signal and she knows this. I need her to call my home number.
