    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk Worst customer service ever. Been hanging on the phone for over an hour, spoken to about 6 different people. On hold to cancel service now.

    @TalkTalk Yes... I have spoken to CEO but still not happy as given excuses and small print rubbish, you guys take no responsibility and say my case is the exception when it clearly isn't. No sympathy for your customers. I'll be leaving when my contract ends as you lot are horrible people.

    @TalkTalk Hello I am at end of my tether. Your tech support said he'd send a new talktalk connector. The one with 3 lights that connects into the talktalk box we are paying for a service but can't connect to Netflix or prime.

    @TalkTalk Is there a problem in South Leicestershire at the moment? Phone is working but broadband has just dropped out completely.
