@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I'm having a really difficult time trying to cancel after I ordered FTTP broadband. I was told that it's been cancelled now, but my current provider says there is still a takeover request on the line. Can someone please just help end this nightmare?!

@TalkTalk Terrible customer service. Order confirmed by email for Fibre 500 to go live on 21st March. 2 very long online chats and a phone call over the last week, where everyone told me it will be sorted within 2-3 days, to be told the order hasn't been processed. It's a Joke 😠

@TalkTalk Can't be bothered Iam going to cancel my direct debt and put things with my solicitors! U can't be bothered to pick phone up and speak with me that's my only route left for me now I spent over a hour last month and thought it was sorted even though the chat guy cut off early!!
