    @tom_will_banks How did #TalkTalkHell end? - changed supplier? - successfully complained, got compensation, and suitable repairs via OpenReach? How many automated chatbots and human-like computerised support phone responders did you ‘meet’ a decade ago? TalkTalk: cheap until there’s a fault..

    @TalkTalk Yes this is the same scripted message I’ve gotten from everyone else at talk talk. I don’t accept the increase so will look to change providers if this is how you treat loyal customers.
