    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    Seriously @TalkTalk what is it going to take for you2sort my issue. No internet for 8 days, 10+ hours on calls and web chats 2u, passed from pillar 2 post, told engineers booked so wait in, only 2 discover when they don’t turn up not booked, told I’ll get called back. I don’t

    @TalkTalk is by far the worst internet…upgrade package and my connection is horrendous,they need to step up or I’m leaving this **** real quick been with them for years and now it’s worse than ever.

    @TalkTalk Customer service is a joke. Spent over an hour trying to make some progress over a buffering system. Very poor and very disappointing.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Cancelled our phone and broadband and we have lost our phone number of 40 yrs after bereavement of account owner due to postal delays of receiving change of ownership form. Can’t speak to anyone in UK and no one able to help. Like talking to brick wall

    @TalkTalk I've been waiting since December to have the missed engineer message removed from the My Account. They said the issue has been sorted. Still on my account. Utter rubbish. How hard is it to remove a message.

    @SunderlandLolly @virginmedia Never had a problem with TalkTalk. Easy to contact,phone,email or webchat. Change address is no problem.
