    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Simon_westmoors @TalkTalk They want to now Cancel the order again and place another order after the 18th which was supposed to be the installation date. This is utterly ridiculous and we're more than unhappy. Someone tells the line is active and them others tell us its not.

    @rajsaund @TalkTalk Sorry to hear that @rajsaund I'm going to log a complaint with Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS), we need a stable connection due to Alzheimer's sufferer in their household and need smart sensors to work & talk talk have done nothing..

    @virginmedia told my dad they would sort out all the transfer from @TalkTalk to themselves for his internet service they first of all don’t send out any welcome pack with information about what was happening and now it turns out they didn’t even sort out the transfer of accounts

    @TalkTalk problem is first the line / service was cancelled but email wasnt seen until too late as bill owner was in hospital [op on broken arm] and the email went to spam, then was advised to order again then told move date of install then told order cancelled no account number nothing?

    @McGKyle1 @TalkTalk Did you get this resolved? Mine is through 3 network, and it’s cut off last night. Reset it and it works for 10 mins before cutting out again! I’ve seen a few tweets stating the same thing..

    @TalkTalk tim already messaged you via a DM told cant help him as he need to speak to your full fibre Dept via phone , poor guy getting brushed over with every moment one moment changed date now you say contract and order totally cancelled

    Dear @TalkTalk I am trying desperately for the last 3 weeks to cancel my broadband line. I cannot cancel online, cannot cancel via email and waiting on long queues. Can @Offcom please look into this for me. This is ridiculously bad. #PoorExperience
