    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk I’m having YET more connection issues after receiving a replacement hub numerous weeks ago, it’s getting ridiculous how often my supposed Fibre 65 connection just cuts off entirely or drops 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk My 89 yr old father with dementia is still receiving invoices and emails from the bailiff despite closing his #TalkTalk account over a year ago. And sure enough he’s received another bill in his inbox for July. Pls sort this asap! Complaint reference CMP-266388

    @TalkTalk rubbish customer services tried to cancel tv subscription 3 times and still not getting anywhere! Also when you ring talk talk you get passed all around no one has a clue what they are doing and they lie to you on the phone. Will never use them again!!

    @TalkTalk Why is it so impossible for you to provide stable internet connections? Every day it's the same, the internet will go down or it will provide so much drag that it's impossible to participate in online meetings.
