@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Eventually, I was able to get thru (by telephone) to your Tec Support who've promised to get back to me when they've got the house in order (they were unable to access acct details at the time) Does your sorrow for the inconvenience run to compensation for consequential losses?

@TalkTalk They’ve been down a week. I fear there’s been a cyber breach you’re not informing your customers of. No reputable company would have ongoing issues this long unless there was a serious problem. I expect to terminate the contract without penalty as we’ve had no service of support
