    thank you to Amy @TalkTalk for dealing with my complaint appropriately; it's important to acknowledge good service as well as the bad. Shame that it had already got to the point of not feeling able to stay with the company, but I hope the feedback may be used to improve services.

    Shocking from @talktalk and @openreach. Apparently due to covid, no ONT install today as planned so I'll be left without internet for over a month till 14th Apr. Both say nothing can be done to help. NOT acceptable at all!

    @TalkTalk Done and no response yet. Just phoned again and spoke to “Zack” in customer service who cut off my call. This is honestly a joke. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever received.
