    @TalkTalk Thanks for your concern. You and your colleagues that I've interacted with have been great and tired to help. Unfortunately @TalkTalk is woefully short of staff in their Customer Service Dept who can assist their customers with issues outside their cheap automated reply system.

    @TalkTalk Hi I'm still waiting for my landline to be repaired. I was on live chat for over an hour and they said I still have my landline. But I only hear crackling. I think it's a disgrace how for 2 months now I've been getting charged for a landline that I doesn't work. I
