@TalkTalk are you actively trying to force me into keeping your substandard product ? 35mps bb is <6. Tech support reset it and got it to 50mbs, for 2 hrs, then back to 6. I want to cancel the service and for 4 days your cancel system has been “unavailable”.

@TalkTalk We have tried five times to contact you to cancel our account. We have left the UK and on the 1 occasion we spoke to you, we were threatened with affecting our credit score. How can you justify taking money for a service we no longer require?
