@TalkTalk What are you proposing to do about the recent broadband issue of enabling homesafe? I spent over 2 hours with tech support trying to get my WiFi network working and being told it was due to my home devices. We were without internet for almost 2 days.

@TalkTalk You have THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD. Beyond frustrating, its an embarrassment. Staff just straight lie and pass you off as quick as possible, and quite literally don't listen.

@TalkTalk I didn’t @ you.. but since you‘re here, what do you think of situation described? ..elderly customer with unreliable connection at <0.4 up and down: Should TalkTalk have done something 18 months ago, when router was already 8yrs old? Is full charge fair?

@TalkTalk Private message sent & still not resolved. What a bunch of incompetent rude individuals that work for this cowboy company. Complaint has now been escalated to the regulators. Please everyone avoid talk talk nothing but useless!!!

@lookstercom @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Rubbish. Zen is infinitely better than than BT despite running on BT infrastructure. Contention is better, customer service is better, band throttling is far better.

Twice now @TalkTalk have promised to call me. Twice they have broken that promise after I was left for 3 days without functioning broadband. I did not expect a call today, but they did not call yesterday or previously as promised. What do you do next? Move to a better company.
