@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@zDooDuo @TalkTalk I'd even say look into I think it's BT and Sky only atm, where they have some sorta 4g simcards within the router so if the WiFi goes but 4g wireless network helps boosts it... I may be chatting out my arse however

@TalkTalk what are you going to do differently from Patricia that is telling me all 4 of my devices that have been tested are the issue, and the only next step is to leave it, or pay for an engineer to come and fix it

@virginmedia who can assist with my set up issues? was guaranteed box would be delivered 23rd. box has been lost by yodel, nobody on customer service able to help. Service is worse than talktalk

@TalkTalk I have cancelled my service with you in September and just received an email form a debt collection agency re overdue bills! I have made several calls before to ascertain that my accounts are squared and have been assured by your agents that it is the case. Unbelievable
