    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk we had a technician come to upgrade our wifi on Tuesday to fibre and ever since have had no wifi after being promised there would be no disruption. This is an absolute disgrace and it’s impossible to get in touch with support (as your lines are shut most of the time)

    I'm now on my 4th engineer on TalkTalk twitter DM's. They've just asked if the problem is with my wireless or wired connection. Not only are they not listening to me, they're not listening to each other.

    Entering my second month of no landline service from @TalkTalk and imminently expecting a fifth promise of when it will be fixed. Impossible for me to know if it is @TalkTalk or @OpenreachHelp at fault, but this system is seriously broken.

    @TalkTalk No internet this morning in Wilmslow. Router says its connected up fine but nothing working. Switching DNS server not working either, looks like nothings getting through. Could you take a look and fix please?

    @TalkTalk hi my wife has been dropping every few minutes for the last 5 hours in M5 area. Please could you let me know if there is a known issue
