Any advice how to possibly take legal action against @TalkTalk who so far makes it impossible to cancel a contract with them? Their agents tell me on the phone that they cancelled my contract but they don't do it. I've spent hours on the phone with them. #ConsumerRights

@TalkTalk Thanks for your concern. You and your colleagues that I've interacted with have been great and tired to help. Unfortunately @TalkTalk is woefully short of staff in their Customer Service Dept who can assist their customers with issues outside their cheap automated reply system.
