@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours to cancel my broadband... this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to contact you. I started as caller number 50 however, as I got to caller number 7 suddenly I started going back up to caller number 12 then 13 then back down to 8..disgusting!
