    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk Fix your service in De24, gaming is impossible since 9pm 12/02/2022. Internet keeps cutting off randomly every 5 to 30 minutes. It's not my equipment and before you ask to pm, this has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months and ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM AT YOUR END

    @TalkTalk and DON'T ask me to send another DM to 'investigate this' . absolute farce. still awaiting a direct answer , you are a disgrace to customer services/telecomms and i can assure if i could get my services cheaper elsewhere i would switch

    @melsviolyn Literally so *****. I’m a 5 bedroom house bro, we did not cope. We switched to TalkTalk and again, not the best because 5 bedrooms, but for years - because my room is at the very back of the house - I never ever got Internet EVER until we switched so while it’s still meh, still +

    @TalkTalk Sabelo. It's an intermittent fault. Network went out for 5 min again tonight. Seems. Like it happens when it rains..

    @TalkTalk Is the service down for postcode BH9 3PX? My internet went off over an hour ago and the LED on the router just keeps blinking orange. I've tried resetting it multiple times but nothing is working.

    @TalkTalk I seem to have limited internet connection. Router working ok. Tried all the tests and switching off etc. Nothing has worked. What's going on? Website says network working

    @TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

    @TalkTalk I would appreciate a response in the private messages to why Ive been mislead through emails and texts off the company.I would also like to get an update on when my WiFi is going to be fully sorted through a fault in wiring outside. This service has turned very bad fast
