    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @MartinSLewis I’m going mad. For over 6 weeks I’ve been trying to cancel my late mother’s contract with @TalkTalk - not one person on the phone can do it. The house has been sold. There is no line or number. Truly why can no one cancel an account?

    It's unfathomable how bad @TalkTalk are. Once again looking at menu tiles on my Firestick but can't click through. It's like the lights are home but no one's home! Issues accessing Internet on the phone when data turned off too. *googles new WiFi providers*... Finally!

    @TalkTalk The engineer confirmed no fault my end and yet still charged £75. Outrageously greedy if not theft!! And meanwhile even today my broadband down again for the umpteenth time in almost 6 weeks.

    Can someone PLEASE help me? I am trying to cancel my deceased mother’s contract with @TalkTalk they’re so horrific. They promised to send me an email confirming it was cancelled when I spoke to their bereavement team…nothing - since then 5/6 calls. I’m going spare…

    @TalkTalk Major issues with paying elderly mum`s landline bill. I`ve paid £250 in total into yr account via my bank but trying to get @talktalk to actually TALK to me is proving impossible! Zero help frm yr team. They have all info/dates/amounts/yr a/c numb BUT still getting demands?Help?
