    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

    @TalkTalk I have spent a cumulative 27 hours on the phone to this joke company trying to get a refund for a service that does not work! They cut the line on me every time and then back to square one. Avoid at all costs !!!!!

    @TalkTalk having issues with my broadband for over 1 month and "apparently" an engineer as been 4 times... Still ongoing and no one seems to care when I call your services. No deduction on the bill... WHAT IS GOING ON !!!

    @BrighaONeill @TalkTalk @Plusnet I was with them years ago. They were **** then. So, now they're excluded. I'm still leaning to BT but no call plans and since my mobile contract is up years ago I'll get £5 off BT mobile so don't need home phone x
