@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk I cancelled my account by means of 2 long (and I mean long) calls to customer services on 22 October but just found out my account is still active. This is hitting my credit rating as I've cancelled the DD. Can't get through to Cust Svcs by phone or chat today. Not good.

Ok @TalkTalk why is my internet gone to pants and keeps dropping every 2mins. I pay for a service I expect to be able to use not cause more bloody stress. It’s terrible service all nice when it’s time to renew now you don’t care when your tied us down again.

7 days without internet, still no resolution trying to talk to a advisor on the phone or on live chat is impossible, there’s me thinking we lived in the 21st century and a world of technology @TalkTalk
