@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful customer service. 3 separate calls, 3 separate operators the phone went down midway through the call. I gave my number to the last operator and she never called back. I want a UK based operator to call me to resolve my issue

@TalkTalk shoddy service continues. Complaint team was due to call Monday. Didn't as all systems down all day. Scheduled another call today. Didn't. Now scheduled for next Monday. For a complaint that's been running since February.

@TalkTalk nice of you to let me know that the engineer isn’t going to turn up today. I had to rearrange things at work to be available for the internet install for them just not to turn up without any communication! Useless customer service to add to that. Not a great start!
