    @TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

    @TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

    @TalkTalk My current contract expires today. 2 weeks ago I agreed a new contract via your chatline, I was told a welcome pack would be posted. Nothing has arrived. When I log into my account it still shows that I will be out of contract today. Chatlines are down, please can you help.

    @TalkTalk @s_reubens My family is also having problems it was going so well for the past couple months no problems but all of a sudden during this past week my download speed and upload speed have gone down all of the games im playing im spiking from 50 ms to 200000 some times

    @TalkTalk Hi there, I have been trying to add a boost to my home phone for a few days. I click in the correct box and scroll down to the bottom to update, then I get a small spinning icon which doesn't do anything and it brings me back to the previous page. Please help to solve this.

    @TalkTalk hiya, we are waiting on an openreach engineer to fix our line (new install). Do they confirm to you when they have completed the work (your engineer logged the fault)

    @peanutsnake @TalkTalk @YodelOnline This has happened to me before with Yodel, they allegedly left my parcel in some random cupboard in my building. Not anywhere I could find! Also, what on earth would possess someone to do that? Yodel have a really bad reputation.

    @TalkTalk Please, can you check our account? We have been having so much trouble, we were supposed to go live on the 2nd and it’s 13th today! Engineer came today and it is nothing we can help, he said he had put the notes, we cannot contact you. Please let me know if you can help.
