@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk bloody disgusted with the present service, Internet dropping off for hours on end and no way to report it or get an update on any outages. Tried self test online on my mobile and it can't even do a line test properly, phone line crackles constantly too

@TalkTalk Hi. My elderly mother is having constant problems with her internet connection. She is 80 with tv and internet her connection to her family at present. I have tried to contact relevant depts but unfortunately they seem to be happy to leave her with a resolution. What can I do????

@SkyHelpTeam Not to worry. My contract with sky ends soon. Given the shocking service throughout my last 18 MTHS I might give Talktalk a go. They couldn't be as bad as sky.

@TalkTalk I have a router drop out problem, I spoke to customer service yesterday and recieved an email telling me they found a problem and later telling me it's been fixed, No its not, it keeps dropping out.

@TalkTalk why is your internet strength so poor, YouTube streaming at 3.45 am is buffering every 15 - 20 seconds and your crap engineers say theres nothing wrong, I usually private message you but I think it's best everyone knows how rubbish your service is

@TalkTalk Have FINALLY managed to get a line test done, a fault has been FINALLY acknowledged and an engineer will apparently be in my area within the next 3 working days. Still wondering what I'm paying you for. Still looking into alternative service providers. Still fuming!
