@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

Not normally one to take to Twitter to complain, but the ‘customer service’ from @TalkTalk has been non existent. Trying to charge us for a missed appointment fee when we’d had a voicemail two days before saying they were unable to attend! Shambles.

Are you with TalkTalk? Have you had the price rise email? Phone em up to cancel and they'll reduce your price below what it is now to keep you. Raising prices whilst everyone using home broadband is a proper **** move.

@TalkTalk 2/ Who do send a DM to at @talktalk? My old TT box still has the WiFi app (never activated). TT deleted it from Google Play 31.03.20. That app is now used by Miracast Alliance cos. for WiFi Direct connections & put a cog on my TV box in Feb when I tried to connect a HP printer...

I need to rename the ******* split wifi of differing hz so I can pick which ******* one to connect to and dear GOD TalkTalk do not make it easy to seek help.

@TalkTalk My husband is having a nightmare with TalkTalk. We were supposed to be connected June 11, there was a problem with the line, told everything now sorted for June 28 (for days&days) and now told to cancel order to restart? This is unacceptable.

@TalkTalk I am on a Chromebook on TT home WiFi. The DM envelope is down the side. I can't see a banner. On the left of your tweet there is a small coloured "TalkTalk" with "For Everyone" underneath. I can't access TalkTalk site & had TT emails through Outlook & bills by post for years.
