@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk why is it impossible to raise a fault... when the elderly person cannot make calls as it’s not working. Tried to call on their behalf to report.. you will not check.. #Disgraceful

I work for a university with thousands of staff working remotely. We utilize TeamViewer as a business to support staff and do things that require admin rights. @TalkTalk think it's a brilliant idea to block TeamViewer completely. Now I have a university professor who cant work.

@TalkTalk Morning! I got this SMS from you yesterday at 1551h...is it fixed now as connectivity was lumpy/ jittery/ patchy: “TalkTalk update: We found a problem between the exchange and your home, and booked an Openreach engineer to fix the fault within the next 2-3 working days...etc.”
