@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk company is and urge everyone to avoid and/or cancel their contracts. It’s inhumane how they’ve treated us during this period and I’ve seen worse stories in my mentions. Seems they are bots replying tbh. Thanks everyone for the help, anyway. 2/2.

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk This is the worst example of twitter bots I’ve seen in a long time! @TalkTalk Sort the original issue, don’t automatically reply to me. (Place your bets on a generic reply to me asking to DM them) I hope you get this sorted soon 🤞🏼

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk Absolutely. I work in telecoms and I know how difficult the processes can be and how no one seems to communicate with each other, getting passed around, having to repeat yourself etc BT has a Priority Back In Service (PBIS) scheme that you may be able to use, worth asking about?

@TalkTalk UPDATE: still no response to my tweets or DMs. I’m exhausted. We are going to cancel and move to BT but that will take circa 2 weeks. New GSM alarm will take around same time to set up. Have got Gran a mobile & tried to teach her how to use it. I cannot express how vile this 1/2
