@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk trying to charge me a £90 termination fee for a contract renewal I didn't consent to then telling me there's 'nothing they can do'. Laughable. Sort your systems out. I never consented and didn't even receive an email from you asking about renewal for me to 'confirm'.

@TalkTalk Really until 10pm? just been told in chat, we're enquiring why our Internet is down, the agent we're chatting with can't help us and the ultra fast optic team are closed. They close at 6! Meaning no Internet until at least tomorrow!! That's no help to us.

.@TalkTalk Hi there. My IP address has been blocklisted x2 (Barracuda & Zen Spamhaus) so people aren't receiving my emails. Please help sort, as it's business critical. Have called customer service, but the person I'm speaking to doesn't understand the issue.

@TalkTalk please be warned that talk talk don't have any available managers to deal with a complaint even after 40 mins on the phone. I've also been told they don't have a complaints department. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers!! My account will be moving!

time to shame a service provider... @TalkTalk absolute shockers. The worst there is. NEVER EVER use these people. Totally appalling and the worst communication. Back to BT, who whilst have some issues, are 100x better. Shame on Talk Talk. Absolutely useless.
