@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk my aunt - age 102 - has a problem with her phone - cannot receive calls & sometimes issues calling out. Has an emergency button. I tried to follow up with complaints when customer service was no help but told you won’t take this up because “GDPR”. HELP please
