@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk What's the point of that? You only have to look at the many other tweets that are reporting the same problem to realise this is a wider issue. It's all become rather tedious when you rely on email for work

@VeXdElite @virginmedia Well most companies use BT lines but virgin always seems to be the one people have the most issues with and for the price they charge for some of their services it’s quite scandalous. TalkTalk could do 1Gbps for £27 so if they can do it why can’t all these other companies.

Wholesale - BDUK contracts mandate this Vouchers programme is more retail-focused. Gigaclear guy likes it a lot, as it’s customer oriented Hyperoptic - “it’s not a silver bullet”. Issue is that the 4-5 major retailers are not a fan of *buying* it (ie BT, Sky, TalkTalk, VM, VF)
