@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk I just renewed my contract with BT they have been brilliant the last few years and had a choice between the same service for less cost or a hugely higher performance Internet for the same as I’d been paying.

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Same with energy bills - when your tariff ends your bill goes up. I always put the dates of contract end in my diary and always switch over a cup of tea - but to be fair there are always teething problems (for me) when using a new broadband provider.
