    @TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

    @TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

    @TalkTalk serious internet issues in Streatham Hill / Tooting Bec Common. Very slow then keeps cutting out. Not ideal when live teaching with 30 pupils on a google meet. Please can you advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed?

    @TalkTalk your customer service is terrible. Saying the problem is fixed when it’s not, putting the phone down when told it’s not fixed then sent an email to say it’s all sorted when it’s not. Sort it out

    @TalkTalk Very unhappy with the customer service I received. attempted to solve our internet speed problem by telling us to "push the WPS" button?!? Then hung up on me after suggesting that this one time of having a dwnload speed of 25mps for Faster Fibre and didnt phone back.
